We ordered from the snacks menu. The popcorn chicken. Seasoned with seaweed flavor. Hot. Hot wasn't spicy. The flavor is good and it was cut into delicious bite sizes. The portion for the amount was good. I'll definitely come back here.
Was in the area and have been wanting to try Shihlin. The popcorn chicken was a large bag of tender flavorful chicken pieces. I order mild but it still had a kick. Very flavorful. And for $13, it is a snack to be shared on a meal. The oyster omelet was yummy. A light egg omelet with lumps of oysters that was a treat to have.

Fun stop for fried foods. We wanted a different lunch experience so Taiwanese street food. We can order via tablet and pay and our food gets to us within 10-15 min. It was about 11:45 am on a Monday. We ordered oysters with egg noodle, kind of gravy-ish broth. Popcorn chicken, crunchy and not dry, mild (but can choose spicy) and a sweet potato fries. All tasty and great texture.
