I just stopped in to get a coffee. I haven't been a Dunkin' Donuts. In a very long time, I was quite excited when I got in the woman that served me was very dry. Very dull? Do you want anything anything else? Anything else very boring. I was trying to get ideas on what else I should have got because I asked for bacon, I got the bacon. It was ice cold. I was the only customer at the time. And then the lady came in after me. And then I spoke to who I thought was a manager and same type of attitude. I said, is everybody okay? What is wrong with everyone seems sad. And I explained that I haven't been to a Dunkin' Donuts, in a long time, and I just wanted to grab some coffee, and yeah, everybody was super sad, boring or no type of sex. Salesmanship, or anything I was quite unhappy with my experience, and the bacon was ice cold and the assorted donut.Munchkins, that I asked for the lady just gave me a bunch of chocolate and pumpkin ones or whatever, didn't even ask, you know, just here you go.Goodbye so I won't be back to a dunkin donuts in a long time from now

First time here this morning last time got my order wrong cold and hard hashbrowns didn’t look like they wanted to be working early in the morning I understand but my goodness they got my order wrong and gave me a croissant instead of a bagel and the coffee had too much cream in it and was not that good. I will not go there again.

I ordered a large cappuccino, but what I received was very disappointing. The cup was almost completely filled with broth-like liquid, leaving only about three sips of actual cappuccino. When I asked the staff about it, she insisted that it was a cappuccino, and when I gave feedback, she told me I should order a latte instead.
I drink cappuccinos every day, and this was nothing like a proper one — it was weak, watery, and far below Dunkin’s usual standard. Honestly, I don’t recommend this location based on this experience.

Stopped in the other day escaping freeway traffic and wow, how disappointing. Was informed they weren't making vanilla cream donuts anymore, then the donuts that I did order were stale, what happened Dunkin Donuts? Young lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful though. 50 years of going to a DD and I never thought I'd say I won't be going back.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts. Everyone is happy to serve you. If someone is happening to have a bad day. It is not noticeable at the location of unlike other locations that I've gone to. I have never had a bad experience from the milpitas location.

Thee WORST Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff is completely incompetent and the food was cold/horrible. They had to remake my food and the 2nd time the food was still cold and not edible. DONT come here!! Yuck.

Horrible customer service. Got 2 drinks, the first was supposed to be a small hot coco mocha. She rang it up as a medium but filled the cup as though it was a small and it wasn’t even hot. The second was supposed to be an iced caramel macchiato, she at first brought a hot drink, so she remade it but it still wasn’t right. She gave me a caramel latte. Told her that’s not what I ordered and she just looked at me and walked away. No wonder this place only has 3 stars.

I came in today for the first time for a hot caramel latte and a glazed donut. The glazed donut was okay, but the latte was delicious and a worker named Valentin helped me figure out how to adjust the sweetness levels since I can’t handle too much sugar. Would recommend!
