Don't expect to be treated decently if you don't speak Spanish put in an online order said it would be done by 3:03 a.m. sort of to drive through window gave him my name for the order he told me to come inside and then ignores me and has me wait until I say something and then please dumb like which is your order after I already told him I didn't receive my food until 3:18 I asked for barbecue sauce the lady says no but the guy who was serving me as the lady said no reaches for barbecue sauce that I asked for that they clearly had yeah go anywhere else if you don't speak Spanish you're less than at this company

They have little staff and it takes them a long time to give you the food. I wasted my 30-minute lunch and they didn't even give me the food. Very bad service. I wasted my time and money. I will never return to this jack.

i dont love fast food. sometimes late night, this is all that's available. theres a hispanic manager here, great energy, slimmer build with tattoos on his arm. great service, friendly and outgoing. ive never had any issues with my orders here. one time the shake machine was down for the week and i was denied twice while i waited for management to get it fixed.

I ordered a jumbo cheese burger but when I get home there is no cheese in it. The only good part is the fries is crispy and hot. The burger also seems to be missing some sauces.

It's Jack in the Box, same as others. It's clean and neat, but it was uncomfortable because of the room's temperature. The cashier was friendly and prompt even though most of the business is drive-up. I was a walk-in and had a long wait.
