Tried this for the first time got a combo that had drink (ube coconut), 1 leg and thigh, biscuit and mashed potatoes. Chicken is big and the season is garlic with a little spice.
I tried the ube pie and nice that it stays crispy when cold. Biscuit is dry. Mash potatoes is a little chunky it id ok
I like the ube drink.
It gets super busy and they had a lot of food but the packing is slow and somehow they dont update the tv so people come and pick up bit the people are nice though

Lines are crazy long. Front staff seems a bit disorganized. Food takes too long to be ready, even though, it you can see it already on the bin waiting to be packed.

The worst service I ever had. I have ordered spicy chicken of 10 pc bucket. They didn’t even tell me it will take a while and took almost 30 mins. Even after they are not apologizing or anything. I enjoy cancelling order ./ lifetime warranty never visit again.

I ordered on DoorDash for a scheduled delivery. They were 45 minutes late. The delivery person waited for 45 minutes to get my order. How do you receive a scheduled order and still be 45 minutes late?! They are so unprepared. Being this late when you received a scheduled order is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I still cannot wrap my head around it. Even if they are busy, they received the order HOURS before the delivery time and they are still late--not just late, 45 minutes late! Never again! The Jollibee in other locations are so much better!!
