Been here multiple times and every time they always run out of the spicy chicken around evening. It’s been years since this store is open and they cannot estimate how much spicy chicken they need to get? Worse is that you can see they actually HAVE spicy chicken coming out from the kitchen, but when you order in person, they tell you that they have to prioritize online orders for spicy chicken, so they don’t let you order it. Why is it that the folks who make an effort to get there in person get shafted?

I don’t want to come across as patronizing, but I truly appreciate the effort of the employee, Ernie. He kept the entire dining area exceptionally clean—right after customers left, he immediately wiped down the tables and tidied up the floor. I haven’t dined at this location for quite a while, and my impression was that it used to feel a bit messy. But today, everything felt especially neat and well-kept! Ernie really deserves a raise! My apologies if I stared at his name tag for a while—I just wanted to make sure I got his name right.
P.S.: Thank you for the balloon today—my child loved it!

Great tasting food as always however I ordered online and got a notification that my order was ready 5 minutes before arrival. Then I waited 15 minutes in line for them to tell me it’s not ready. Why tell me that my order is ready when it’s not???

Food was okay, chicken is moist but their online order system is a little messy. They can’t find my order that I pre-ordered an hour and more before pick up. They have to ask me to show them what I ordered. They seem to have lot of online order but not getting them fulfill on time. Overall still good food.

At this point I'm convinced, Californian's wouldn't know good food if it slapped their taste buds in the face. The way food is hyped up here is insane!! After reading the reviews it was a must I try Jubilee and it was pretty meh, definitely not better that Popeyes. I think Popeyes quality of chicken is better as well. Many comments mention how it was soo crispy and juicy, bro it wasn't even that crispy and that wasn't juice IT WAS GREASE!! I mean im just so disappointed. I really can't win with food when I visit Cali. My favorite part of the meal was the rice and gravy, which they gravy is bomb.. my girl thought the spaghetti was OK.

Had to wait an hour for chicken because they cant keep up with the volume they do. The staff was very friendly and did inform me before I ordered, so I could choose not to order. People waited because the fied chicken is with the wait.
