Really cute mom and pop store. Pretty good ramen for that fact that there is no waiting almost anytime

Nice little ramen store with an assortment of more traditional ramen flavors and a couple of specialities.

Their tonkotsu ramen was solid with good broth. I've tried quite a few so far but theirs was fine, not amazing but is good. Their takoyakk was a bit mid though.

Overall not bad at all and pricing is about what you would expect from similar ramen stores now a days.

Very bland broth, no flavor in any of the noodles or toppings either. Just too plain both beef tonkatsu and tofu tonkatsu

Disappointing experience at Juban. Went in with a lot of expectations but we weren’t even given a table. There was only one cook and one server but a few empty tables. The server kept doing other chores instead of helping us with the menu or make us sit down. We had to unfortunately leave the place. The folks behind us left as well due to the delay. When we asked if we could sit down, the server replied coldly that it would take 10 minutes (though there were empty tables)

Very disappointed with the service!

We’ve been here a few times and the ramen has never disappointed. Seems like they are trying to change up the menu. Tried the spicy tofu ramen today and loved it! Had the right blend between Japanese ramen and Korean spice. Server was very friendly and the place is super clean. Surprised that there aren’t more people lined up for this place. Truly a hidden gem in Milpitas!

The ambience was good. Place was neat and well decorated. Server was very polite and friendly.

The only let down was food. We ordered veg ramen (spicy tofu ramen, curry ramen) but the broth flavors were not very good. Both types of ramen barely had any vegetables or tofu. Also, they have a smaller menu now, so there was no Bento box.

Kitschy decor with good service. However, the ramen tasted like it's from the supermarket and the chicken karaage was obscenely bad. Parking was very difficult at this tiny mall with too many businesses.

They have egg in the broth itself and as a vegetarian, it was a very disappointing experience. When I complained, they argued saying I’m imagining things. Never going back here.

Vegetarian options: The broth has egg. Bowls are NOT vegetarian.

The vegetarian ramens are NOT pure vegetarian.
They have eggs and when we complained, the chef and waiter insisted there was no egg, but my wife and I could smell and taste it.
We left our bowls untouched and wasted our money.

Do not bother going here if you are someone who doesn’t eat eggs!

Vegetarian options: Their “vegetarian” ramen has eggs.
Beware.

Dietary restrictions: Do not go if you are a pure vegetarian.

Great ramen and very warm owner!
I tried black garlic ramen which was beyond my expectation.
5 star for American standard. 4.5 star for Japanese standard. Could have been better if egg was a bit warmer.
Anyway, very good ramen place without long line and good price.
