Koi palace ambience was great and location too. Service was not great at all, I felt the servers didn't want to listen at all since there was a natural language barrier. But please note I actually have been to similar places even some restaurants right next door where restaurants have made me feel really welcome, and I didn't feel the language barrier as such. Food was average, may be the selections that were made not the best, will look forward to give another shot...

The wait time can be ridiculous, lol. And yes, the service is awful, but to be fair… that’s kind of the norm for all the good Chinese restaurants around here.
