Stop parking orders when you aren't busy, to inflate your drive through numbers. The employees aren't even checking to see if the parked spots are already taken, so I have to get out of my car across the lot and hopefully flag down the overworked employee in charge of giving out parked orders. Do better McDonalds.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I allowed plenty of time for my visit and only ordered a Happy Meal and a small fries for my child. However, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my food. It wasn’t until I approached the staff to ask about my order that they finally packed it up for me. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, and even customers who arrived after me received their orders before I did.
It seemed like two of the staff members were confused or discussing orders, possibly mixing them up, but they didn’t seem to make any effort to resolve the issue until I said something. As a result, my child was late for class.
This is my go to location but the last few times have been disappointing with the food quality. I always order nuggets cooked to order. I just got an order for 40 nuggets and they asked me to park while they’re being cooked. Receiving the nuggets, they were neither crunchy nor hot. These definitely were not cooked to order as it was barely 30 seconds before they were brought out to our car. The time before this just a few weeks ago, they re-fried existing nuggets when I requested for cooked to order. I know this because the nuggets were super cooked with the outside being deep fried. This could only happen if they were double fried. A bit disappointing…

Went through drivethrough behind one truck. Both of us were asked to drive around to front. That truck ordered a burger and sweet tea, took them around 12 minutes to get it from order to the guy. I ordered 2 big macs and 3 mcchickens, was 18 min from order to handed food... any other horribly busy fast food place I could have ordered and gone through drive through 3 times over if not 4
