Burgers got soooooo many preservatives they never mold or but why what for they serving 50 mil a day there's no need to preserve something that FLYING OFF THE GRILL ...DO THE MATH AINT EVEN THAT MANY COWS ON THE PLANET .. did a 3 orders using my reward points and when i went to pick up they had cancelled 2 of them and gave me alot of trouble for pick up just the one they didnt cancel and they still took all my points, everyone there sucks and i dont know what type of people they hire that are in incompetent

Came to the Bay for meetings and stayed next to this Mickey D, did a drive through for late night dinner of Spicy Deluxe Chicken sandwich. Then again for take out breakfast the next morning for Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit, Sausage McMuffin with Egg and a cup of coffee. The coffee was so hot, I wish they put the cup sleeve on.

Service is a 0 they don’t know how to do the Mobble app and they need like 4 people they don’t know what’s going on and say different stuff in order to work the promotion, wired I live in Sacramento ca and I use my Mobble app always and have no issues at all Sacramento McDonald knows what they are doing big time and get it right with no problems

The sign said that their dining room closes at 10pm but it was already closed by 9pm. Tried to go through the drive-thru and waited forever. Manager was less than friendly. Go to the location on Ranch Dr when in Milpitas - that one is much better managed and much friendlier.

The girl at the drive through window this morning gave me unnecessary attitude. I remained kind and respectful throughout the process but the way she spoke to me was rude and judgmental. She needs to work on her customer service. I have also worked drive through before so I understand what it means to be in her position. However, I would never speak to anyone, let alone a customer, the way she spoke to me. I did not need such an attitude this early in the morning.
Food was okay service was okay and quick usually however sometimes it can be long wait on the weekend.

I like this place.. After a time consuming visit to the Great Mall(which closes by 7:30 or so), this is a decent place to have your dinner. Needless to say they are consistent. The crew members are supportive and it is a nice, casual atmosphere for a family dinner during a shopping.
