They either changed hands or changed the way they prepare food. Because now their dishes are far more ‘home style’. The chili sweet wings were tasty but nothing spectacular. The crispy pata has tasty posts but also some inserts trust were too dry. Maybe overcooked? And the pancit bihon was good, perhaps a little in the greasy side.

The restaurant itself isn’t as nice as it used to be, just basic aging, but it is clean which is top thing. The service is...

I love all the food that I’ve tried at Miles Bistro, all cooked to order, served hot and fresh. Fast service. It’s a cozy, clean place good for small business meetings or private get-together with friends and family. I always enjoy the positive vibes from the friendly and welcoming owners and staff.

Miles Bistro offers an unforgettable taste of the Philippines. The highlight of our meal, the Kare-Kare, was simply delicious. The vegetables were fresh, not overcooked, retaining their texture and flavor. The peanut sauce was rich, not too thick, allowing the freshness of the ingredients to shine.

We started with lumpiang Shanghai, perfectly crisp and filled with savory meat. The Crispy Pata followed, living up to its name with a crispy exterior and juicy interior.
