The worst Mango and strawberry milkshakes we ever had in our lives. Total rip off. He took 40 mins to make those pathetic milkshakes. Cheap person
Waited for 25 minutes for anyone who works there to show up. Never did. Disappointed.
I always come here whenever I come to Great Mall, but you won’t be having my business after today. I was given cookies that were oily and underbaked. I could literally taste the raw dough. I asked for a refund and even let the employees have a look at the bag. The lady there claimed to have not remember me and when another employee came she said I ordered 10 hours ago… and switched to 3 hours. Both employees claimed that I mushed the bag…never order from them!

They were out of one of the flavors I wanted to try, and the kid that served me didn't remember me from last night after I asked to be served once they were technically closed. But he was still nice and provided good service.

We went today for my sons birthday and wanted to get some cookies. We decided to do the nibblers and wanted to mix n match the lady that helped us was so rude she wouldn’t listen to us and just packed the ones she wanted. So unprofessional and rude. Will not be going there again!

Nibblers are not good compared to the original cookies. Out of 25 for $12.99, many were undercooked. The original semisweet with walnuts is the best. Also, the same guy runs the combined TCBY but was gone for 15 minutes.
there was no one there and that I was waiting patiently and that NO ONE was helping me and it was very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. Yes I was there I can show my receipt from another store I purchased from earlier.
