I'm impressed this place isn't rated higher. Consider this a 4.5 rating rounded up. I arrived with the bf on a Sunday evening at 8:15 and we were the first table. Not a good sign, usually, but we reserved judgement for the food. We ordered the 38 (combo rice plate with shrimp, grilled pork and egg roll) and the garlic noodles with NY steak; along with a Thai iced tea (they were out of pearls, so no boba this time) and a Vietnamese iced coffee. Extremely satisfying food with a relatively low price. The staff is kind and friendly. Pho has tasty soup and lots of meat. Fried noodles with chicken is excellent. Will definitely attend next time and try something new!
