They pull their espresso a little to tight the couple of times I have been there. It accentuates the acidity that I do not enjoy. When you order a machiatto, they do not give you a small soda palate cleanser which I would expect for an establishment that touts high end coffee and coffee products. If I am paying that much for coffee give me a .10 cent palate cleanser. It will always add to the experience of enjoying their coffee.
