All in all a solid 3-star experience. The service was very good. Server was fast and very friendly. But no one ever refilled my diet coke. Prime rib met expectations but wasn't great. Baked potato is extremely small. Wedge salad is even smaller. Ambiance is that of a steakhouse in a shopping mall.

Literally my most favorite place to be. I beeline straight for the bar to spend time with Kareem if he’s there. He’s literally (actually) the best. I live in Oakland and there’s a few outbacks closer up here but I drive 45 min + to go to this location to see him and have a good time.
Saturday night takeout-this place used to be super busy and it was a ghost town that night. Hardly any patrons there. I had ordered take out, walked into the take out area to find nobody there. I waited several mins..then I started walking into the seating area where a manager (maybe, he wasn't wearing a uniform) looked at me while I stood there looking lost. Nobody acknowledged me, so I walked further in to find three associates putting take out orders together. When they saw me, they all looked at each other as if they just got caught either talking about our orders or their customers, either way is super rude. I told them I was here for a pickup and they said they were putting it together and directed me to go back to the take out area which was a small space. Two other women came into that area and we were crowded. The waiter brought my food out and set it on the counter, he asked me to look through the bags to make sure my order was correct. I thought they went through our orders for me..I was not pleased by the poor customer service. I had just spent $150, the portions have all been cut in half. The lettuce in our salads were not fresh like they used to be, they left out the salad dressing for my husband, the kookaburra wings were fried to death, the cheesecake was grainy not smooth at all, the chocolate cake upgrade (extra $3.99 charge) was disgusting and not worth it..dry and bland. Was disappointed by the overall experience, poorly managed.Parking: No longer offer curbside pickup.

My fiancée and I have been to this location several times and we always have a great time. The food is always on point and service is always great. our favorite part about this location are the 2 dudes who are usually working the bar, James and Kareem. They always have a great attitude and provide great service. At other restaurants, We usually prefer to sit at tables, but at this location it’s worth sitting at the bar top just to feel the energy from these two. See you guys next time!
