Very good, nice customer service. Some of the drinks are a little too sweet but you can ask to have a sample of as many drinks as you want before ordering which is really nice. Their boba is very chewy and is not bland.

I went with my friend to this location and it was my first time there. The staff who took our order was friendly and down to earth. When we have questions about the orders, he was patient and answered. By the time we ordered, he asked about the sweetness level and ice and provided recommendations if we are still worried about how sweet it is. I ordered the PomStar and my friend ordered the Southern Peach. We both have half ice and half sweet. The southern tea is still sweet.

Music a little too loud. But good smoothies. The ice chunks are a little bigger than normal, but I think it helps keep the drink colder longer. Nice staff. But they don't have a bell when you walk in - they should.

feel sick to my stomach bc i found a hair strand with a tiny knot on it in my drink. it was like wrapped around lychee. asked for no ice in my drink and they put ice. :( now iām paranoid and feel like thereās hair in my throat lol. i know itās not mine bc this is light brown/red?? and mine is black.
rude employees and bad service, came at 11:30 which i thought was still a good amount of time before closing. employee rolled her eyes at me and my sister with no greeting. a group of 4 came in maybe 5 minutes after and she told them that theyāre closing and kept saying it till they left. after waiting 15 minutes we got our drinks and they were made wrong ššš lol

My recent visit was deeply disappointing. From the moment we entered, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff, setting a poor tone for the experience. It was evident that no standard service protocols were being followed.
Staff failed to ask about basic preferences like ice or sugar levels. As a result, the drinks were overwhelmingly sweetāborderline undrinkable. The preparation felt rushed and careless, lacking any attention to detail.
To the owners: this level of service is unacceptable and damages the credibility of your brand. If this is the standard being maintained, it's only a matter of time before it drives loyal customers away. I strongly urge you to take immediate steps to improve both staff training and quality control

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences Iāve ever had. We ordered 6 boba drinks, 4 of which were Angela.All 4 tasted like straight water with a hint of colorāno flavor, no sweetness, nothing. Completely undrinkable.
We went back immediately to get them fixed since they were for people waiting at home, and the two employees working couldnāt have cared less. Not only did they refuse to replace the drinks, but they also didnāt offer a single apology. The attitude was beyond unacceptableācold, dismissive, and borderline hostile.
There was absolutely no standard procedure followed. No one asked if we wanted less ice or sugar, and clearly the person who made the drinks didnāt add any sweetener at all. It was a careless, sloppy job from start to finish.
To the owners of this location: this level of service is embarrassing. If this is how you allow your staff to treat customers and serve products, itās only a matter of time before your business goes downhill. Do better.
