Now, let’s talk about the food. I ordered the ribs pho, and it was simply outstanding. The portion was incredibly generous, with so much tender, flavorful meat that I couldn’t even finish it. The presentation was beautiful, and you can tell the chefs put care into crafting each dish. The Thai milk tea I had alongside it was equally impressive, perfectly balancing sweetness and richness.
One of the highlights of Pho Ha Noi is the exceptional service. The staff goes above and beyond, treating every guest like an old friend, making the dining experience feel personal and genuine. Their politeness and attention to detail stood out and made the visit even more enjoyable.
The restaurant’s location is also a plus—convenient and easy to get to, which adds to the overall experience.

For $18.50, the pho was terrible compare to many places in San Jose. The pho soup was so cloudy and tasteless. The fried chicken in fishsauce was so light in color and soggy. The grilled pork in vermicelli bowl was the worst. The meat was so tough and I don't believe it was grilled at all.

Our family visited this restaurant for a late Saturday lunch, and we were pleased that there was no long wait. We ordered the large size pho, and the fresh noodles were fantastic—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We also tried the obey latte and the salted cream latte. The Vietnamese coffee comes with three shots of espresso, so be prepared for a strong coffee kick!
We couldn’t resist ordering the sampler of crab roll, and it did not disappoint. The rolls were crispy, and the dipping sauce with fish sauce complemented them perfectly. Overall, a great spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We’ll definitely be back!
