Place seems outdated, they had so many options almost too many. I ordered a large white chocolate mocha latte (iced) added large boba + 2 churros. The coffee tasted like water and seemed like instant coffee with sugar. The boba was just Awful!!! It was hard in the middle and hard to chew because it also did not taste any good. Tasted old and sticky as well. The churros were SOOOO AWFUL!!!! it was literally FROZEN in the middle. So disgusting! Pls don’t waste your time + money here go somewhere else!!

Nostalgia got the better of me. Came here hoping to reminisce over a classic boba but it turned out to be a mistake; the tea was so watered down it tasted almost just of water. The employee also couldn't be bothered and obviously did not want to be there. This location ain't it.

I ordered a coffee latte without sugar, they ended up giving me a very sweet latte. I asked kindly if they could change it since I don’t eat sugar. They refused to change it. Never coming back again to this place.

Bad service, only 1 person working, place is very dirty and very slow. I have came here around 4 times and every time it has been extremely slow and extremely overpriced for a regular sized drink and was mostly only filled with ice. Do not come here , there are plenty of other better places in the

This place is not the cleanest. The drinks seem very overpriced and they are not even a quality drink. I would suggest going elsewhere to get boba drink, there are plenty others nearby.

Be careful when you pay with card. I usually never go to Quickly but my friends and I were in the plaza and decided to be nostalgic and get some drinks. My total came out to be $5.xx and the employee was quick to take the receipt away. When I checked my statement, I was charged $6.29. There was either a hidden service fee or tip that she somehow placed on her end. My drink was also mediocre.

I came here to pick up popcorn chicken, so not a lot to base this review off of. I ordered the popcorn chicken online, and got there about 10 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. I decided to go in anyway to let them know that I'm here. It turned out my order was ready. The popcorn chicken was good and a good size portion, but quite a bit of small pieces that I think were only batter. I ate those too. My only feedback is that it would have been good to get the text that my order was ready since it was already sitting there when I went up to the counter. I got that text after I left and already picked up my food.

The store was empty when I went here last night at around 7. Customer service here was great as the lady who served us was really helpful with answering all my questions. I came here craving churros and ended up ordering a strawberry milk tea too. We were in and out of the store within 10 minutes. The boba I ordered had a generous amount of tapioca pearls and they were perfectly chewy. The churro was even better and the filling on the inside was still warm after our drive home. I'm very happy we came here!

Terribly oiled machine and dismissive. Came in to pickup a prepaid order and while it was being prepared, a Vietnamese lady storms in spitting Vietnamese fire and the show stops for her. Delays my order processing and she is out the door in 1/2 the time I have been waiting. So because I am brown and don’t speak their language I don’t matter? Thanks Quickly for working Slowly and preferably. Choi-oi.

Drinks and food are delicious!!!However, don’t like it when prices are different via location. Q at Milpitas for popcorn chicken rice bowl is $7.50. Q at eastridge is $8.99! Wth?! Not cool! I don't recommend this place. I ordered the ché quickly special because I was craving something refreshing . The drink looked good when I got it but was immediately disappointed when I got home. The coconut juice tasted old, the longan looked dark and tasted very bitter.
