They make really good food. I have engaged them in the past for charity events and more recently for a personal get-together. Each time, I have received really positive feedback about the food for both vegetarian as well as meat dishes from the attendees. I can also personally attest to the quality of the food - authentic, fresh and tasty Kerala food.

I love their onam special lunch those days when I was staying in California till 2018

My wife and I had our wedding reception catered by Red Chillies because we wanted my family to be able to try Kerala food. We were so happy with the food! The kappa and fish curry was everyone’s favorite. The biriyani was great and had plenty of chicken. Each dish actually was perfect. People loved it and Joshy was a pleasure to communicate with while planning the menu and coordinating pick up. Highly recommend!

The lady who works here is very good. We were talking about if we had extra rice it would be great. She listened and brought it to us for free. She understands what customers need. Food was great ?. Ghee goat biryani tasted superb

Wish I could rate negative, horrible customer service and had to wait for more than an hour after ordering to get food. They work on preparing delivery orders over customer in store without valuing the customers time in shop. No proper response by manager regarding time delay
