Super fast preparation. I had a big order and called them only for 45 minutes in advance. Once I arrived, everything was alredy prepared. Love the customer service!!! Taste of the food hits the spot!! I brought empanda, cakes, caramel and brownie bars, and ensaymada and everyone took all of it even though there are other food on the table. Cakes and bars re light and not too sweet. Empanada gives you the flavor of home. Ensaymada gives you the filling you needed! Everybody loves it!! No exaggeration just facts!

Halo halo - world's smallest scoop of icecream and 70% beans instead of jelly. The pastries are too sweet.

Delcious. Been craving Arroz Caldo for a few weeks but too hot to make it and too smoky to make it outside. Totally hit the spot with a few butter, ube and mocha mamon and cheesy and ube ensaimadas to finish it off. Yummy! Obviously extra of all of the above for the rest of the week.

The deserts here are out of this world. The cakes and the mango and the devil cake are super yummy. The coconut macaroons are my favorite. Its convenient next to Jollibee. If you come to the Great mall please stop here.

I am a big fan of palabok and been told this place have good palabok. Their palabok is slightly made differently than other places I tried and it's pretty good since that's one of their signature dish. Give it a try when you in this area!

They have the best mango cake not to sweet and very light... The staff are very polite and they practice good social distancing.

Terrible service! They do not answer their phone and when you are there they have an attitude. You ask them a simple question and they already have their eyes rolling. I left the area and my mother over heard them yelling in the kitchen complaining about customers. Very unprofessional. They are also very slow and look spaced out. I hope they hire new employees or atleast open a new branch with better people because this experience was terrible

Red Ribbon Bakeshop was one of my favorite bakery since I love everything in Ube flavors. We tried their Arroz Caldo today and it was not bad. The taste was rich with plentiful Philippine spices and like Chinese congee. However, their service was not welcoming or friendly and I was disappointed.

Mocha crunch cake.... I didn't taste a single crunch until I got to the last bite. Does 1 crunchy piece make this a crunch cake? Hmm... Deceiving or perhaps they ran out of crunchy things, whatever it is.

Their triple chocolate roll, mango cake & empanada were so delicious. The place is so popular that there was always a long line of customers... meaning food served was good!!! Awesome....

I wanted to buy a Banana Slice and I went in line. I was 13 and everybody started cutting. The register didn't even care and knew I was there way before they were. I can't believe this. This is ageism.

Red Ribbon has some AWESOME empanadas!!! It is almost a ritual for me to pick up a dozen chicken empanadas on my weekends.
