The pizzas were great! We tried the Burrata Queen and the Little Italy, and I’d definitely recommend both. My only small piece of feedback is that they could’ve been heated a bit more. They were only room temperature warm.

Wow, wow, wow… this place was a disappointment! I see other reviews stating the pizza was hard to chew and it was! My jaws hurt from all the chewing. I for one don’t like to waste food, so I had no choice to eat it.
When you think of reheated pizza, you are expecting the cheese to melt and be gooey. In this case, no! Their little conveyor belt oven does not heat the pizza up properly like other Pizza spots that are dear to MY Heart that use an actual oven. My microwave heats better than slice house. Even my pan technique of reheating pizza probably works better than their machine.
Pizza was heated in some parts but Cheese was not melted and some parts were really tough to chew. I will give it another try but only a fresh cooked pizza and not one reheated. Weird seating in side with 4 large tables to accommodate 6-8 people. Not enough for 1 - 2 people. Lines can be long because you only have 1 person as the cashier and taking orders while heating up the pizza. The size of the slice is a plus.

Came on the day of grand opening and had my puppy in my arms. I politely asked if I could walk inside with her to be respectful.. the employee out front was nice when he said we wouldn’t be able to bring our puppy in. Which is understandable, no complaints about that. So I bring my dog home and when I came back, the same employee who told me no was inside with another customer who brought in his large dog … once my husband and I saw how unfair that was, we left and decided to never give this place our business.

The pizza does not quite meet the standard that other slice house locations set. The crust was slightly stale/old tasting and the slices lacked flavor. As it's a new location, I think the quality should improve with time as the staff gets more accustomed.
I was there for the grand opening, fast service small sitting area but the food made it worth it! Would definitely recommend to others

Went there for lunch pizza was good but the lady that was at the counter name Maria was very rude. After dealing with her don't think I will come back.

15 dollars for 2 slices, service unfriendly; no hello, how are you, thank you, nothing. We had to yell at this woman to try and get a box, she completely ignored us and the cashier had to go and grab the box for us. She sure didn't ignore the cook, making out right next to her work in front of everyone. This is a typical California restaurant. Hire cheap, crap employees that care nothing about professionalism. Doomed to fail.
Slice House by Tony Gemignani, a world-famous pizza franchise opened an outlet at Milpitas on 8th November 2025. We visited the outlet 3 days after it opened. Ordered Sweet Gino (SG) and Burrata Queen (BQ) Awesome Taste. A slice of both SG and BQ put together costed 15.5 USD. Apart from Pizzas menu includes Beverages and Desserts. Vegan option available. Miss not outlet, for you are assured of a thoroughly enjoyable Menu

I would give it a 5 star, but I there are some parts that gave me a hard time to justify a 5. Waiting in line took about 15 minutes, but having 1 cashier on a busy night sounds like chaos. The pizza itself is pretty good, but for the Detroit pizza the crust was really hard or burnt. I came back to buy a 12 inch pizza for my son and I, but I wanted to use the app, but it was unavailable for this location, so we had to wait 30 minutes and the cashier said we would receive a text and never did.
I was told we could not order a pizza that was empty in the tray for slice so I chose a different slice, but when I came to get my pie, I had to wait for my slice anyway. That seems a bit odd if I could have ordered a different pie not on the tray, but would come out in 15 minutes, but had to wait for my slice when earlier it was available in the tray.
Only reason why I am giving a 4 is because the pizza is pretty good, but I would say slightly overpriced. My wife and I enjoy the pizza and we live close by, but with the cost I doubt we will come regularly, but on occasion. Completely understand that the place is new, and i think over time the issues will iron out.

My son and I stopped by the brand new Slice House Pizza today, and wow, hands down some of the best pizza and wings we’ve ever had! The ricotta, hot honey, red sauce, and perfectly crisp crust are truly next level, chefs kiss. I think I made a comment of how delicious my pizza was after every bite I took, lol.
The service was equally amazing. The new staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. They represented the brand beautifully.
You could tell management was on deck, fully engaged, making sure everything ran smoothly for their opening, living up to the legendary quality that Gemignani’s Pizza is known for.
We’re so thrilled to have Slice House right here in Milpitas. A little slice of heaven in our own backyard. Can’t wait to come back soon 🍕🔥

Went to this locations grand opening and overall they are one of the best pizza stores I've tried.
Been to one of their locations in the bay area and it was fantastic then so had a good base line coming here.
Their Wise Guy pizza in New York style is my favorite.
Pricing wise they're about what you expect for a quality pizza store, maybe a tad cheaper even if you buy by the slice.
