The lines are outrageous with groups of 4-6 orders being spit out. Either get it outside or be prepared to wait for an hour for your one small drink and snarky employees.

Come here often and the workers are super nice and friendly. I'm surprised how nice and patient they are even though it's always so busy when I come in. Like today, Gonzalo helped me decide what I wanted. He gave me one of his recommendations that wasn't on the menu and it was so good. Definitely coming again! :)

I used to get my morning coffee here and it used to be really good. But in the last two instances, the coffee has been very bad. There’s barely any coffee, it’s just milk and foam in there. In my cappuccino with extra shot, there’s no coffee taste at all just milk foam. I wish that their quality gets better like before.

Got here and there was just one person in front of me. I ordered and was hoping to get my drink after the person in-front of me got theirs. NOPE. 10 mins go by.. and They fixed the person behind me who had ordered two drinks... I had waited 6 more minutes for my drink before asking if my drink was ready... the girl said she is making it... took another 4 minutes until I got my drink. Girl handled my drink poorly had all the syrup out of the cup and on top of that, she got my drink wrong!! Poor service!! Never again!

Very inconsistent quality of service, mostly from teens that could care less about getting your order right the first time and spending a long time making it -- hence always a long line that barely moves.

TLDR: Will not come back till service/staff improve quality.This is the mall I've been to a billion times. I know this looks petty but it's stupid how you get charged these extra fees (extra toppings etc) to not get what you ordered. Like it's simple to read the label and memorize the ingredients. I'm suppose to be able to taste my coffee not blended water. The service wasn't up to par either. I'm not sure if it's because they're under staffed. But it's a slow day and they should be able to follow simple directions. I've been here twice within the week and screwed up my order every time. I'm kinda over it and won't be going to this location again. This location is near/ at entrance 1.

I've been to this Starbucks at Great Mall habitually since I was young and I haven't had any problems here. Since the pandemic, they've removed a majority of their interior seating, so it's mostly grab-and-go. They have pretty good wifi and a bathroom for customers here as well. Iced Pistachio Latte: 4/5I recently tried the new pistachio latte and to be honest, it didn't taste like pistachio. I think they might've just made it differently(?), but it did taste like a good vanilla latte though. I'm still happy with it overall bc I liked the drink, but they could probably use more pistachio next time. (Also, I think they might've made me a frappuccino instead of a latte because they gave me whipped cream? Not sure though.)This Starbucks is located right next to Jollibee and it does get pretty busy, especially on weekends. I recommend mobile ordering ahead if possible to speed up the ordering process. Still a pretty good Starbucks though!

The barista worked in the morning today was rude! She forgot to add the whipped cream and caramel then I asked for adding. But she didn't say sorry and and give me disrespectful attitude. Then she added the whipped cream with caramel like this. How the customer can drink the coffee with tons of caramel? I paid for the drink but she treat me like the my fault.
