Samantha is the best barista, she welcomed me with a smile in her voice today. She made me my fav pistacchio latte even though it was not available in any starbucks store in the bay area. She went above and beyond her job role, I am very proud of her customer service. She always greets with a lovely voice, I could feel her energy even though she had the mask on her face.
