So unprofessional and rude!And then I ordered meals with fountain drinks - They didn’t tell me the some of the fountain drinks were out, so when I took at Diet Coke out of the fridge, they charged me for it. Such a rip off.

I had a coupon for 2 footlongs for $13. This is valid for all subway locations. When I went in and showed it to them, they said they don't accept coupons. I threw the coupon away and won't be getting subway for a while.. I never really liked subway anyways.

I don't understand the point of wearing gloves when you're going to use those same gloves to clean to touch shelves and use the register, safety should be your number one priority.

No sporadic options, the Indian waiter in the store was very rude, told me that I couldn't use the coupon, my English is not good, I took out my phone and used google translate, but he immediately took back the sign that the discount can't be used, and I told him immediately I'm not taking pictures, but he doesn't understand, and he's not wearing a mask as a clerk!

The cashier double charged us, saying the first transaction failed, while on the cash register it showed as approved and my card was billed twice.Not sure it was snafu with the credit card company or it was intentional. I tried to call later and the cashier was very rude and uncooperative instead of offering help to fix their billing.One-star for the level of respect for their customers.

I dont recommend this particular location.Subs are mostly cold (even though it was suppose to be hot).Its not as good as in another location. Just yesterday I got something bitter in my sub! I had to throw it away to a garbage!Im not coming back

Very bad customer service experience. The associate gave me a burnt sandwich this evening and was arguing that he sell the same kind of sandwich to other customers. Also doesn't have any knowledge about the dressings. Not willing to listen to the requirements of the customer to customize the sandwich. Extremely disappointed and will not be willing to return to this location

This subway is run by disgruntled employees with no respect to the customer. They are naking the sandwich unprofessionally - either the bread is too toasted, or they put whatever they want or make jokes about the customers in Hindi. Aryan is the worst - I have never seen so disgrntled and unhappy employee in my life in a service business. Somedody is forcing this guy to work which he does not like and making customers like us to have a misearble sandwich. Why are you there Aryan - if you do not like your job. They never change their gloves, put their hand inside our sandwich, and uttering hindi slang all the time which we clearly understand. This is the worst Subway - but I ended up going there anyway. Not any more!!!

The young man here is very rude. He wouldn't listen to my order, only recommended things I had to pay for, and told me "You couldn't use your coupons because the machine was broken." I know I can use it, but I paid the regular price. I won't be going back and I can't recommend it enough. He was really rude.
