Before the pandemic, they never picked up the phone to ask for hours. Even called with my phone in my pocket in person there phone rang and rang.They did not care to pick it up. Secondly, hours say 9 PM during the pandemic, but I show up at 8:17 PM the is completely closed, no lights on or anything. They got to pick it up here, really disappointing.
The customer service here is confusing as heck. The employees don't really pay attention nor proactive in serving the customer. I asked for a chicken footlong and ended up getting pastrami and salami? Then I had to repeat myself multiple times for what kind of bread. Added a few sauces and had to cut her off in wrapping the sandwich to add more sauce I wanted. Please pay attention to the customer. It's not like I'm walking in there with a huge complicated order.

Seem when I go to this location. Theirs always someone new working. My guess is that it's family own and they hire young workers to work around their school schedule. Which is a nice thing.
