Togo's located at McCarthy Ranch in Milpitas, CA has great customer service. I often order for my workplace so my orders vary from a few sandwiches to sometimes up to 20+. Even when I order with a late request, Claudia manages to get my lunches done in time and correctly. Just to name a few of the workers who have gone out of their way for me besides Claudia are Erma, Alejandra and a gentleman (whose name escapes me)! They are a wonderful crew!
Having our car serviced at Wal-mart and out of all the restaurants here in Macarthy Ranch we chose TOGO'S! Always dependable to have brewed iced tea but not this location, I'm very disappointed this location is not up to standards. Sandwich is ok, associates are nice, can't wait to get out of here as the rap music or why ever it is is loud and annoying! Ordered the buffalo chicken and cheese steak sandwiches. They were made very fast. Used yelp's free drink for checking in with no issues at all. Not really sure why it's got low ratings. They made our food in an acceptable amount of time and they were nice and courteous.
