I'm giving one star because the food was inedible. The servers were actually really nice though, which makes me feel bad. The place itself was actually really welcoming. Unfortunately, when I bit into my double toasted turkey and avocado sandwich, the sourdough was as hard as a rock! I couldn't even bite through it. I should have taken the hint that I wouldn't be able to eat it when I saw that they hadn't even sliced it all the way through because it was almost impossible to do so. Also the toasted turkey that I got smelled really old like it had been open more than 5 days. The only things that I could eat off of my sandwich were the lettuce, tomato, mayo, and avocado. So I scraped those things off and threw away (the turkey and the sourdough.) It was also very bland as well, absolutely no flavor (besides old turkey!) and I had asked them to put mustard on, but they didn't put that on. What kind of sandwich place doesn't put sauces in condiments on the sandwich, especially when the customer specifically asks for it ? Pretty bad when your food tastes like s*** and you can't even bite into it. Definitely won't be going back, and do not recommend anybody go here!

Always clean, I love the sandwiches. My favorite is ham and Swiss on Sourdough. The staff is always friendly.

Came here to get a pastrami sandwich and somehow four other ladies got serviced their food while my food was just waiting to be wrapped when I was there well before them?? And when I issued my concern I was met with "I don't know what you're talking about." And the trainee there who was there couldn't even vouch for me and shrugged. Just bad service at this location and confusion..

Sorry this location ain't it. Service was rude, had a couple of questions and was greeted with a lot of attitude. The sandwiches were okay, kind of hard to mess up a tried and true sandwich formula, but I felt the person making it didn't really care. Maybe hit up a different Togo's shop if your craving for their sandwiches.

I ordered a roast beef no turkey, sub cheddar for Swiss cheese, and light mayo. I got roast beef with turkey, cheddar cheese, and heavy mayo. My brother went to pick it up, so I didn't get to check it. ?

I am pleased to say that this sandwich was exquisite and the customer service here was excellent. i love the cleanliness of this location too. best 6 inches i ever took! yum
Terrible service from the manager with customer service and I treat myself badly with my friends talking to us so ugly and very rude and saying that since she is the manager they cannot do anything to her in the food store

I'm giving one star but it doesn't deserve one, terrible service from the Manager, she is aggressive and the other workers help her to treat customers badly and saying that because she is a manager she could do whatever she wanted and attend to the customer. that she wanted
