their milk tea is pretty good, just don't get thrown off by the old tea shop vibe
This is real te. No powders. The taste is unique. The people who work there are super nice and kind. My daughter and myself enjoy going every single time. 5 stars recomendable. π«Άπ»π«Άπ»π«Άπ»π«Άπ»
Iβve always loved this brand since I was in Taiwan, so I wanna give it a try.
I ordered the 913 milk tea and 913 tea with boba, but both of them are way Too bitter!!!
This one is not a real ten ren tea compared with the one in Cupertino. I love strong tea taste. The drink over here tastes milk more then tea. If I like milk, I would have get it from mama baba tea place that offers more creamy and milk. I live in Lafayette, I rather drive all the way down to Cupertino then over here. The owner needs to reflect of what kind of business they are operating. Ruin our Cantonese people reputation.

Came on a Sunday before 6:30 pm and they were closed even though the sign on the door said they're open until 7.
I want to reminisce about nostalgia before the weekend but
1. The suger scale is different from that in Taiwan. It is recommended to reduce it by half.
2. It is inconvenient to pay in cash
3. Not only does it not have the aroma of tea, but it also tastes weird.
That's not 913
Best bubble tea made with real tea and wont break your wallet.
Tea is okay, but itβs inconvenient to ask for cash
I really like the sweetness levels here! itβs not so overbearing like other American bubble teas.
Not to mention, prices are much more reasonable compared to other spots.

It tasted bland for the tea. Boba has no flavor as well. Good luck!
There is a clear difference in taste between the Ten Ren Tea Milpitas store and the Cupertino store. The bubble milk tea Cupertino store is obviously more authentic and tastes better!
Rude staff and awful drinks. I asked the server 3 times to make sure that the drink I bought had no sugar. Well, the drink they gave me was very sugary. Their dismissive explanation was that apparently 'the syrup had sugar'. I don't know what they thought I was asking about.
Very good, the tea taste is very strong, remember to ask for half sugar, full sugar is too sweet
The prices are great but unfortunately I donβt recommend the milk tea. Got the roasted oolong milk tea and it was very watery and the tea flavor is not strong enough. Thereβs also a $7 minimum to use credit card, so keep that in mind.
