I always get Ume first when I go to Great Mall. I love grape green tea it's the best. Good drinks and quick service as well

UME tea has always been one of my go to spots for boba and when I heard about it opening in great mall, you know I had to try it out. I came here during grand opening and the line was out the door, I knew I had to come back way later in order to try this place. This place is located within great mall, and whats a little shopping without stopping by for some boba. We ordered the white peach oolong with boba and a grape fruit tea with their grape jelly. You can add an additional $3.50 to your drink to get a little surprise toy that comes with your drink!! Overall, the flavor and quality has always been on par with UME. I was hoping for additional flavors like other places but knowing they are new, I believe that they would add more in the future. Next time if you're shopping at great mall, make sure to grab a cup of boba while you're at it!

Love that they've included new food items. There's a katsu sandwich that was super good and u can choose the spice levels. Two of my favorite drinks to order here are: Mango pomelo sago & the watermelon passion fruit tea w/ aloe vera. I like ume because everytime we go back there's always something new to try! Definitely give it a try if u get the chance to!

When I'm having an extremely big sweet tooth, I come here. My favorite is the Oreo crème brûlée boba milk tea +mochi topping 50% sweet and it's a whole dessert. I'm glad they opened this location in the mall so I can get my drink and shop. The staff was nice, and my drink was made really quick.

This tea is awful! It's the worst I've ever tasted! I've tried Ume tea elsewhere, and it's been good, with a strong, fragrant taste. But at this store, the boba milk tea is so diluted that I can't taste any hint of the tea's flavor. I definitely won't be buying from here again.

I recommend to upgrade to the cup with a stiffie. My daughter and niece loved them.

We didn't know there's another Milpitas location and came to the wrong one but they were very kind and still made our order.

I was eager to check out this spot while visiting the Great Mall. They offer a variety of teas and snacks, albeit at slightly higher prices. I opted for the red bean mochi tea with boba, priced at $6.90 for a small cup. Unfortunately, there was only one kiosk open for ordering, resulting in a wait of over 15 minutes due to the long line. Having heard positive reviews about the Cupertino location, I was excited to try it out. However, I left feeling less than impressed with the overall experience.

This Ume Tea is like a boba kiosk/stand inside the Great Mall, they do have another Milpitas location that is an actual shop as well. This is a semi-busy mall on weekends and weeknights, but I came on a weekday afternoon, so there was no line/wait. Not much service, you order on the kiosk and pick up your drink at the counter when it is ready. I have been to multiple of their locations, but only found out about their jasmine milk tea very recently at their new location in Pleasanton, since I guess they did not have it available at the locations I had been going to in the past. I ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba, which for some reason they do not have at all of their locations. Anyway, I was excited because I really enjoyed it at their Pleasanton location, but unfortunately it was a miss at this location. The milk tea tasted only semi-cold and the cream/milk toasted a bit off/old. I was already on the other side of the mall and did not want to walk back that way, so I just drank it and hoped I did not get sick from it.

Cutesy tea store that also sells fried food. The takoyaki here is better then most I've been too that isn't a sit down restaurant.

We came here on a random Monday, and a few of the drinks I wanted to try were out, so I ended up with a drink she just suggested. The boba was a two minutes wait. The drinks were decent, not the best, but definitely not the worse. The cups are really pretty. While paying she did stare at the screen when I was at the tipping screen
