e came as a group of 18 people, and while the food was okay, the service left a lot to be desired. The lady taking our orders had a noticeable attitude, which made the experience less enjoyable. We also ordered several side dishes (pickled radish and seaweed salad), but they never arrived despite us asking about them. Overall, not a great experience for such a large group, and we were disappointed with both the service and missing items.

Expect to spend $50/person at least but the food taste fresh (not that full frozen taste). You would think steamed food is not very tasty but dipped in their sauce, it’s really good and feels healthier than oily, fried stuff. Service was really good too.

Get a fish and shellfish fish at least. Chicken thigh was even really good.

We visited for the AYCE premium option, but it was extremely disappointing. The wagyu beef was clearly frozen and not fresh, and the pork jowl (original flavor) had a strange sour taste that was off-putting. Even the watermelon was not fresh, which added to the overall disappointment. To top it off, I ended up feeling unwell and had to deal with stomach issues for the entire next day. I expected much better quality for the price, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The only good thing is the service.

We wanted to order the $199 combo, but we don’t eat beef for religious reasons, and asked if we could substitute to a higher price dish… the waitress was very friendly and helpful, but she had to ask the manager for approval. Then the manager said NO, because it’s too busy… so I was forced to order A la cart…

We ordered the live shrimps, which is the best! Then we order a $45/lb for total of 2.4 lbs rock cod, which is the most regretted decision… the fish cost $108, and it was over cook. There is no sauce for steam fish… which is simply just the oil and soy sauce… (but they do have other many sauces just none for Cantonese steam fish style).

Other food like sea clams, overcooked! Abalone, is okay. I gave it overall 3 stars and don’t think I would go back. The reason to give 3 stars for the service was the Manager’s attitude not to mention he was a bit rude when I checked in.

Definition a joke on 90 minutes time limit. We have been told we will have a table soon in 10 minutes but we waited 10 minutes then 10 minutes until it adds up to 90 minutes still got no table for us.

I wouldn’t trust the reception for the wait time estimation.

Prices: $28 for lunch, $49 Regular Dinner and $69 Premium Dinner. Best for me was the $49 because it included the galbi short ribs, Wagyu selection, seafood selection and a taste of the Hokkaido scallops and 3 of the Wagyu meat that was on the Premium menu.
Overall, great quality meat that were tender and some were almost melt in your mouth kind of quality like the Wagyu House Steak and the Wagyu Chuck Eye. The Galbi was also tender and so good, marinated perfectly that you don't get sick of the sweet salty flavor but actually satisfies the taste buds. Clay Pot rice was a pretty good side dish compared to just steamed rice and is included in the AYCE Price. These were the best of the items I've tried in the menu.
And the staff, Anie, was also very nice and professional; someone you would expect from a fine dining experience.
Beautiful dining room and great vent system that you would not come out smelling smoky.

Do not eat here! If I could give zero stars I would. I was excited when this place opened and I was even more excited when their Marketing manager reached out to me for an Instagram collab. When I expressed I was interested they pulled back the invite and said they would only collaborate with influencers that are Vietnamese. Like seriously! That is discrimination and racist. It's really unfortunate that businesses have this mindset. Please do not support this place. There is no place for business like this in the bay area.

The taste and service were okay, but there was too much oil. After skimming a bowl of oil, it was still oily inside. Could the chef not dig out a tablespoon of oil next time? ?

Came here with the fam. It's just really good, that's all you need to know. You can make your own dipping sauce too.
