Was here on a Sunday shopping with the family and needed to have a sugar break, so I ended up going here for some boba! It was a bit of a wait since it was peak afternoon rush with so many ordering boba on a warm Sunday afternoon. After waiting about 10 - 12 minutes, I got their baby peach or peach with jasmine green tea. Great flavors of tart, semi-sweet which my Asian mom approved LOL great refresher during the day and would love to try out their other drinks.

I'm fan. I started with their small cake box desserts during the pandemic. After the pandemic I got so happy when I saw them open a store in Great Mall. Tried their drinks Thai Me Up, Grapefruit drinks and other desserts. All were delicious. I'll keep on trying their seasonal drinks as well.

Creme brulee drink tasted like cereal milk. The service was very fast and the server was nice. The place was small but quiet. But the drinks need to be better.

Good drink bad service. If you want to work in this kind of bussiness you need to be polite to your patrons. I've been buying drinks at this branch knowing that there are other places offering the same kind of drinks. But today i was disappointed with what i heard and saw from the guy taking orders. He even chased one customer explaining the california law of purchasing a bag. Don't embarrass your customer .

If I can give this a negative I would for the embarrassment that tall Asian guy made me feel in front of everybody for a fricking bag that I didn't want and was offered to me. He even followed me to explain the California law to me!. (So I returned the bag) like I said I didn't want it to begin with. Too bad because I introduce this to my family and they loved it. Definitely not going back to this place. That guy just ruined it. The drinks are good tho but not the service!. Definitely not going back anymore on this branch!

Ordered a hot teapuccino, the tea itself was okay but it didn't come with a sipping lid, so I had to use a straw, which kind of burnt my mouth. It didn't feel great to be putting a plastic straw into a hot drink either. Please consider providing a different lid for hot drinks.

I'd say it's one of my favorite boba spots in the bay. I think it's a really cool place that is able to offer a different type of sweetener other than cane sugar as well for people who are on a keto diet(for example). I ordered the coconut mango drink which is my go to and I always love how creamy it gets throughout the drink. It's making me hard to explore other drinks! I usually order through the app they have and I like how you're able to visually able to tell what queue your drink is at and also an estimate as well. I'd say service is quick in that aspect. Also really cool that they have little scratch offs on each and every cup so that you're able to get a deal, which entices you to visit the shop more.
