“This was our first visit to this location. The restaurant was clean and well lit, the staff was pleasant but very busy because there were only 2 of them. Their focus was on the drive thru. There were 4 of us on this trip and one of the orders was prepared wrong, there wasn't supposed to be egg on the sandwich and it was there. Now this was an easy fix since she just pulled the egg off. But I feel that if they weren't short staffed this simple mistake wouldn't have happened. Aside from that the food was up to Carl's Jr. standards and we were happy with our visit.
I would stop here again an I would recommend it to others.“

“Honestly how could I give this or any other in n out less than five stars. I’ve only heard of one in n out in Utah that didn’t have very good food. Of course the food here is served hot and fresh. The service is fast and the employees are friendly. If there’s a long line here don’t turn away because it will most likely go 2 or 3 times faster than what you think. It’s right across the street from Home Depot, McDonald’s, and a gas station, and right off the 91 freeway on Madison Street. There is a secret menu to know about at this restaurant. You can ask for a Neapolitan shake to get strawberry chocolate and vanilla mixed in. You can ask for animal style fries or a burger to get your onions grilled. You can get a protein style burger to get your hamburger bun replaced by lettuce. Animal style fries comes with cheddar cheese and grilled onions and thousand Island dressing. They are amazing! There’s way more to the list. Maybe look up that secret menu on Google.

The drive-thru was packed and it took about 20 to 25 minutes to get my food. I'm surprised mainly because it usually doesn't take that long at In-N-Out. Could have been a difficult order they had to deal with. But I've never had to wait so long. And the french fries had a hollow weird kind of texture. The burger was great though. My son usually likes the french fries and he didn't eat them this time and actually said they were different. I thought he was imagining that. Then I tried the fries myself and noticed the same thing.
I'll come back and try again. Maybe it was just an off night. Thank you In-N-Out for doing your best to stay consistent.“

“The food here is so amazingly good , me and my family enjoy eating here but today I saw something so disappointing. While we ate h the lady that works there in the morning was wiping down the seats and the tables with the same rags . Not once did she turn the rags or used new ones she wiped down about 3 tables and seats with the same one . Also with the same rag she then went to wipe down the outside of the trash bin , then she used the same rag to clean the ketchup containers that are in the tables . This was so disgusting to watch while eating , I really wish they knew how to clean properly because the food here is pretty good . Also she sprayed chemicals into the table behind us while we were eating and tasted the chemicals in our mouth since we were next to the table she was cleaning .“

When i walked in i was greeted and someone behind the counter immediately stopped what they were doing to assist me and take my order. I got the bacon cheeseburger just the burger itself to dine in. It was served quickly and at a pleasant temperature. The ingredients were fresh and the bacon was thick and they do not skimp on the bacon!! The burger was delicious. “This was my First time ever eating at a TAMS BURGER ( very small parking lot ) I went inside to eat ordered a bacon avocado cheeseburger chili cheese fries and a drink the burger was just okay nothing special the chili fries same thing just okay. “As per the norm whenever visiting any In-N-Out, the staff is very friendly and patient, the food is fresh and delicious. The double drive thru was a new experience for me as there was no indoor dining on this warm autumn day. I did manage to find some shade at one of the 5 tables. The only thing I might suggest would be instead of umbrellas, have a patio setting. Build a ramada/gazebo for guests to enjoy the small property. The food did take a minute to come out, but I understand they cook everything to order and had long lines of cars. Overall, I was not disappointed with visiting a go to chain!“

“Me and my friends are on a roadtrip and heading home but needed some food so we stopped here, I got a bean and cheese burrito and it was amazing. It is very rare that I find myself finishing the whole burrito in one sitting but here I did. I also tried my friends burrito. She got a Carne Asada burrito and it was delicious. Very clean and very nice staff, 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone here in California .“

“This was my first time visiting this location while waiting for my brother, who was getting his hair done at the beauty salon right next door. I decided to try the bacon avocado cheeseburger combo, and I got it lettuce-wrapped instead of with a bun. The burger did not disappoint! The bacon was perfectly crispy, and the thousand island dressing had a unique sweetness to it that I’ve never tasted before—it really stood out. The patty was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The fries were golden, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, just the way I like them. I also got a Coke, a side of ranch, extra thousand island, and some yellow chilies—all delicious additions.

The ordering process is quick and simple. You order at the counter, then take a seat, and they bring the food out to you. What stood out to me is how clean and well-kept the restaurant is—there's not even a trash can in sight because the staff clears everything for you. The space is cozy, with about six tables. Most tables comfortably fit four people, except one smaller one that could seat two.

After my meal, I ordered a mango smoothie to-go for my brother, an iced coffee for my hairdresser, and an iced vanilla-style chai oat milk latte for myself. Every drink was well-made and full of flavor.

Even though it’s not a full dine-in restaurant, the service was amazing. The woman who brought my food (according to the receipt, her name was Diana) went above and beyond. She kindly checked if I needed anything else and even offered extra sauces and chilies without me having to ask. She was polite, attentive, and really added to the overall great experience.

Prices here are reasonable—what you’d typically expect from a quality casual restaurant. Just a heads up: there is a \$0.75 surcharge if you pay with a card, which is pretty common now.

“Located on Magnolia Ave between Polk St & Jones Ave, directly across the street from Kaiser. I was craving a good burger, so I stopped here.
This is a small burger joint that serves other menu items such as salads, burritos, melts, tacos, etc. I was a bit skeptical about stopping here because the outside has an older look and a few unhoused people hanging out, but I noticed their drive-thru.
I ordered their 'Avocado Burger combo'. The burger was big, tasted amazing with fresh ingredients. Exactly what I was craving. It's probably one of the best burgers I've had for sure.
Service was efficient. Drive-thru staff was very friendly and welcoming. I liked that they prepared my food as I ordered (so don't expect super speedy service).
Overall, I had a great meal experience here and will definitely return.“
