“Nick M. was our server and he was excellent! Our food came out perfectly (and we ordered a TON of different dishes) plus he kept checking on if we needed more lettuce for our lettuce wraps, drink refills, and sauces. He was super friendly and pleasant! We love PF Chang's already but Nick M. made this visit perfect!
Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to shellfish and I felt that Nick M. took that information seriously.
Wheelchair accessibility: I am handicapped and use a scooter and had no problem at all!“

“I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my previous review. I understand you're busy, but it would be much more helpful if someone could answer the phone and let customers know about wait times. Calling three times and not getting through, only to arrive and find an hour-long wait, is frustrating. A simple "We're currently experiencing about a one-hour wait" would save customers a lot of time and hassle.
But always amazing food!! The best in Fontana!

“I visited around 4pm on a Friday and was able to enjoy a leisurely meal without waiting. The dim sum is handmade, and you could see the staff making the dim sum outside. Cucumber Salad and Fried Calamari were great side dishes. Beef soup noodles have a spice flavor so there may be some people who like it or not, but we liked it. (My husband said it was similar to Chicken noodle soup.) Wonton with spicy oil was the best. It's full of juice. I plan to visit again.“

“Been here many times, love the food ! Last night at 4:30pm, we were disappointed in the service and the portions of food. The portions were not consistent as our past visits , smaller portions. Two girls were relaxing /sleeping at one of the tables. When they woke up, they actually went in the back of the restaurant and then returned as employees. When we left , around 5:20 pm , every table had happy guest eating.“

“Stumbling upon a truly excellent Chinese restaurant can often feel like a stroke of luck, especially when you’re just exploring an area with no expectations. That was precisely my experience with this hidden gem. I didn't catch the staff member’s name, but her warmth and friendliness immediately stood out. She went above and beyond, offering me samples of their dishes that were so flavorful, I decided to upgrade my meal to include them.
After taking that first bite, I was genuinely taken aback by how rich and delicious the flavors were—each dish was better than the last. It’s rare to find a spot where every element on the plate feels thoughtfully prepared and seasoned to perfection. This place is now firmly on my list of go-to restaurants, and I know I'll be returning again and again. It’s an absolute must-try for anyone in search of exceptional Chinese cuisine.“

“It was great.. hardly any patrons..but our soup was kinda "lukewarm"
And our food may have sat at window too long..when it got to table ..no longer "HOT!"
4*..
AS WHY OUR FOOD DIDN'T COME OUT STEAMING HOT...🤷
( WAIT STAFF took hitforsoup.
However food needs to be hotter..not lukewarm.. disappointed in that area. It was 3pm..so No huge. Crowd.“

“I've come here twice already in 2 weeks because we love the food so much. Their xiao long bao are good and so are their shrimp dumplings. Best made to order Chinese I've had in a while. This easily became our new obsession. The owners are welcoming and attentive. It is always a pleasure to dine in with them. We have tried family style but this time we had the lunch special with was amazing too. Chicken and green bean. White sauce mushroom chicken and general chicken. When you sit down, corn egg drop soup is immediately served before your order too ?“

“One of the last few remaining hole in the wall mom & pop restaurants. Food is excellent, I always feel really good after eating there, unlike other places that bog you down or make you feel sick. They have some awesome cook to order items (like egg foo young) I totally recommend! What's not to love about huge portions of savory Chinese food that can feed a whole family? Or have enough for left overs? These guys have been in the game for a while and sadly the economy just keeps pushing for corporate America. There won't be any decent restaurants left. Give Ho Choys a try! It's definitely worth it.“

“If you're in the mood for a savory, spicy soup and flavorful dumplings, then this is your place. We've been here many times and we have loved their food. Favorite dumplings: Xiao Long Bao and the pan fried dumplings. Favorite soup: Spicy Noodle Soup. We have tried their sesame balls and fried rice as well which are also good.“

“Being an avid Costco shopper I found myself exploring the other stores in the shopping center and was excited to find authentic Chinese food. Compared to favorites in Los Angeles and Orange County this place really surprised me. I ordered the combination fried rice and kung pao three meat. The rice was fresh and flavorful with no shortage of meat. Great portion for a great price.
The Kung Pao veggie/meat ratio was a little to heavy on the veggie side in my opinion. However I went back the same week for some more of that combo fried rice. I will be back again to try other things such as the Sizzlin Fried Rice Soup.“

“A local favorite, great tasting Chinese Food, friendly service, cozy settings, make this place the best choice in Corona/Riverside Area. Conveniently located in the Stater Bros. shopping center on Magnolia Ave at the 15 Freeway, ample parking space including handicap parking space and ramp. It has a full bar, imported Asian beers. Large menu selections and their portion are larger than the most Chinese restaurants. Banquet room good for up to 20 people. Phone orders and deliveries are available.“

“Edit October 2024: I noticed that a Hispanic worker lady puts too much carbs (chow mein, rice) leaving less space for the meat items. The Asian ladies are more generous. Please fix this issue.
Edit: September 2024: I no longer recommend any orange chicken from here, due to quality issues. Too tough.
The chow mein is good but has too much onion and other veggie toppings. Same for the spicy orange chicken, way too many red peppers mixed in with the chicken. My kung pao chicken had the same issue, too many veggies and not enough meat. My advice is to remove at least half of the mix-ins from the items that I mention above.
Prices are good, about $10-11 for a Combo B. Service is friendly, and the drink prices are VERY reasonable, it’s about $2.50 for a medium soda which you can get refills on.“
“Very delicious, my fiancé and I accidentally ended up here thinking it was the restaurant next door.Very friendly service and it is very clean. The water they offer is not tap water, it tasted really clean, which not a lot of restaurants serve, so thank you!The peanuts in the Kung Pao chicken tasted very fresh. THANK YOU! ♥️“

“Great food from a very small place. I have been here several times and I’ve never had anything bad. They have huge portions and their food is fantastic.
Vegetarian options: I actually got the sweet-and-sour tofu which was phenomenal. They have a lot of tofu options.
Wheelchair accessibility: I went with a friend who is in a wheelchair and it’s a little bit of a tight squeeze to get in the front door because of the way the restaurant is set up, but she has a large chair and we made it in just fine“

“Delicious, always consistent. Since Dragon House closed on Magnolia I’ve been coming to Chen Ling Palace when I want classic sit down Chinese Food. It’s a longtime establishment here in the city of Riverside and Last of the old school Chinese restaurants. The older lady that owns it is always pleasant and the food is always on point. They’re one of the few places that makes the honey walnut shrimp with honey/mayo sauce, it’s one of their house special dishes and always outstanding, and I always get the fried shrimp, it’s the perfect addition to any Chinese meal. 5 stars!!!“

“I tried Chinese food here at Brother's Kitchen for the first time. This has to be the best bbq pork I've tasted in all my years. It's cooked perfectly, and seasoned well, and taste delicious. I can't wait to return again to get more. Also, Sol was very customer friendly and gave me stories how people would travel far to buy the bbq pork there. I agree ?. It's worth the drive. A 5 star ? all day.
Parking: It's located in a shopping center.“

“First visit with a friend who has been there multiple times and is one of her favorites. Ordered Walnut Shrimp, MaPo Tofu, Sautéed Eggplant, "A" Vegetable, Hot Chili Pepper Whole Fish. All dishes were delicious. My only disappointment was the amount of fish ratio to the price. Extensive menu and looking forward to returning to try other dishes.“

“I wish I had taken a picture before I ate the meal… still this place was good. The portion size is immaculate and the price was pretty solid. My only gripe was that the noodles were a tad on the greasy/oily side. Other than that this place was great!“

“We've been going here since they've opened And they've always been good and fill your containers full. Nice people , they always make my dishes for me since I have got to watch the salt so they add little or none for me and add extra garlic. Love their wonton soup and wok veggies w garlic & low salt.“

“This is a small, family owned restaurant. I come out to this location every two months. I love this place and their food so much that I call ahead to make sure they have exactly what I want, and I order party trays of it. If you’re anywhere near the Corona area close to Anaheim Hills, I highly recommend you stop in and try this place out. They’re in the shopping center located right next-door to Ralph’s, Green River Road offramp. You will not regret it. They have the best tasting food. The shop is small and not much to look at. But the food more than makes up for it.“

“My husband took our kids here a couple of months ago and have been asking to go back. So when we went today, I wasn’t expecting much. “This is my go to quick Chinese steam table spot, because its close by and reasonably good. I usually get a 2-item with fried rice. The orange chicken is good (though I do prefer a fresh Panda Express). Its more sweet than usual but it has good flavor. The broccoli beef is good, and they are usual mindful of giving a good mix of meat and veg. I sometimes get else if it looks fresher, like jalapeno chicken or mushroom chicken.
One surprise is the soups. You have to order them, but they make them fresh pretty quick. I have tried the hot and sour and the wonton soup. The hot and sour is my favorite, loaded with wood ear mushrooms and tofu. The wonton soup is good too, but by the time I get home its so hot that the wontons get overcooked and fall apart.
The inside of this place is nothing special. Note, as of Sep 2024, this place has a B from the health department but I have gone many times and never had an issue. They also charge to use credit cards like 60 cents.“

“My family and I have been going to this place for a long time now to get food. I know they are busy but they take time to talk to you. Their food are very tasty and appropriate in size. I know it’s not cheap but so as every restaurant everywhere. But the quality of food I am getting is way better than any Filipino/Chinese food restaurant I’ve been. They even help me to load it in my car when I have a lot of orders, now, that service! Thank you!“

“I freaking love this place definitely the best Chinese food around. Great little hidden restaurant next to a big fitness gym. So don't blink or you'll pass right by without even knowing that it is there. Personally I recommend that you get the house fried rice, it also comes in a spicy version if you prefer to sweat while eating.“

“I started eating before I started the review ?♀️ This is the 2nd location of theirs I been to & it's actually better than the 1 I went to in Eastvale but that 1 is good too. I got the BBQ chicken, chicken wings, fried rice & chow mein. And for a drink I got the Thai Tea Boba. I got fingerprints everywhere, even on my phone & book because I kept stuffing my mouth before I made it back to my room. The plate is my own, the food comes in a white box thingie like usual. Highly recommend.“

“It’s a cute, legit, retro Chinese food place. The owners are this cute older couple. Some of the food items are made fresh to both conserve their supplies as well as render a fresh taste.Sure some of the reviews point out it’s ’outdated look’, but listen… it’s not about who looks prettier, it’s about who does it better. *hand pump*“

“This is a chain restaurant. There are many but I’ve only been to four. This is the second best of all the Goldens I’ve been to behind the one I frequented as a child. Golden chopsticks has hands down the best Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. I love the way they make their orange chicken and the bbq chicken OR bbq pork are both super succulent. Noodles are juicy and flavorful, the rice is well balanced and not too salty. The portions are of incredible size and priced well below places like Panda Express. There’s way more bang for your buck. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. My grandma always stopped at GC afterschool and I still have those memories every time I taste this great food.“

I had a 3 Entree (Double Spicy Orange Chicken & Beef Broccoli ) + Chow Mein & my partner had a Half Chow Mein & Half Fried Rice with Coconut Walnut Shrimp & Mushroom Beef & it was all delicious.
I always enjoy supporting LOCAL BUSINESSES over corporate chains & since I work in the area, I’ll definitely be frequenting this place much more often!“
