I understand you're busy, but it would be much more helpful if someone could answer the phone and let customers know about wait times. Calling three times and not getting through, only to arrive and find an hour-long wait, is frustrating. A simple "We're currently experiencing about a one-hour wait" would save customers a lot of time and hassle.

“Went on a Sunday evening—no long line, which was a nice surprise. It’s a small spot, but clean and well-kept. We ordered the XLB, cucumber salad, and beef noodle soup. “Been here many times, love the food ! Last night at 4:30pm, we were disappointed in the service and the portions of food. The portions were not consistent as our past visits , smaller portions. Two girls were relaxing /sleeping at one of the tables. When they woke up, they actually went in the back of the restaurant and then returned as employees. When we left , around 5:20 pm , every table had happy guest eating.“

“Drove down from the high desert to visit this place and it did not disappoint! We got the spicy beef broth and they let you choose your level of heat. There were 3 of us who ordered it and one got mild, the other medium, and last got hot and we were all pleased with our spice level. The beef was so tender and noodles were great! Overall the dish seemed and tasted authentic. The cucumber salad was amazing. We added some of their chili oil and made it top tier. We also ordered the wonton’s in chili sauce and they were our favorite! A little on the spicer side but nothing crazy. They were delicious! Lastly we did order the passion yeah and the mango-pineapple tea. Both delicious but I must say the passion tea was more refreshing. Portions are big and can definitely be shareable especially if you’re ordering multiple dishes to try. I would definitely say it’s worth the money.“

“Great food from a very small place. I have been here several times and I’ve never had anything bad. They have huge portions and their food is fantastic.

Vegetarian options: I actually got the sweet-and-sour tofu which was phenomenal. They have a lot of tofu options.

Wheelchair accessibility: I went with a friend who is in a wheelchair and it’s a little bit of a tight squeeze to get in the front door because of the way the restaurant is set up, but she has a large chair and we made it in just fine“

“As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by Candy. I later met Candy's partner, Ringo. Both were friendly and welcoming. Candy asked if it was my first time and then assisted me with suggestions. At that point, I became part of the Ho Choy Restaurant family through friendliness and hospitality.
The food was tasty and fresh, the portions were generous and the iced coffee/tea mixed beverage was refreshing to top off the meal, just as Candy suggested.

“Being an avid Costco shopper I found myself exploring the other stores in the shopping center and was excited to find authentic Chinese food. Compared to favorites in Los Angeles and Orange County this place really surprised me. I ordered the combination fried rice and kung pao three meat. The rice was fresh and flavorful with no shortage of meat. Great portion for a great price.

The Kung Pao veggie/meat ratio was a little to heavy on the veggie side in my opinion. However I went back the same week for some more of that combo fried rice. I will be back again to try other things such as the Sizzlin Fried Rice Soup.“

“Well they definitely deserve a 4.3 star I’m giving a five star everything was amazing probably some of the best orange chicken even though it was more like sweet-and-sour that I’ve ever had delicate crispy gooey, the Kung Pao with the three ingredients was totally awesome and the chow mein with the three ingredients Killer in all a WOW experience great service will definitely go back many times

“I tried Chinese food here at Brother's Kitchen for the first time. This has to be the best bbq pork I've tasted in all my years. It's cooked perfectly, and seasoned well, and taste delicious. I can't wait to return again to get more. Also, Sol was very customer friendly and gave me stories how people would travel far to buy the bbq pork there. I agree ?. It's worth the drive. We went on Memorial Day evening for dinner, there was not much left in terms of the spicy orange chicken and the fried rice. We were served what was left in the warmers and did not complain. I also ordered a fresh shrimp fried rice and Mongolian beef. Both of the rice dishes were very dry and hard (worse the next day) and the Mongolian lacked flavor. My son's tummy & mine were a little upset from the food as well, if you know what i mean...
