“Came in on a weekend. Not overly busy. Me and the misses had the surf & turf burrito and the Fontana ceviche. Both were outstanding. Alcohol service was a little slow. You won't be disappointed in the food here. Great selection on food choices. Definitely will be back when I'm in the area again.“

“First time eating there so I can't really say what dishes are good but I went with my immediate family and Grandma of course! Grandma uses a wheelchair so yes there is wheelchair accessibility, although I did notice that there isn't much parking for all businesses in that location . I had a Mojarra Frita accompanied with rice and a side salad. It wasn't bad or maybe cause I didn't have an appetite at that moment. I ordered a Screw Driver for my beverage and I must say that it was pretty darn strong so for alcohol lovers, my guess is that the alcohol drinks served there are worth ordering. As for the rest of my family I can't really say what they ate but I can say that nobody complained about their food or service so I'm giving Culichis & Beer a 4 star rating .

We used to go to Uruapan all the time but this place in my opinion has surpassed it. The food was good, the service was excellent. “This place is pretty good . We had the fish taco meal for about $13 dollars . Came with rice and beans . Let me tell you the tacos were piping hot and fresh 10/10 . They will bring you lemons and peppers witch I have to also add the pepper was seasoned, now that was a game changer , I spilt it open took the seeds out and I lace it on my tacos 10/10 . We also shared 3 rolled tacos . It was also good but I will add pretty expensive but definitely worth every penny . We used the chips they gave us as nachos with the green sauce they have and leftover beans rice and other leftover veggies . All in all a perfect meal .. I complemented the chef cause if the food is perfect the chef should know . Oh and horchata taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk . 10/10 but no refill . Only juices are free refill . Next time“

“Friends took me here to celebrate my birthday. As I went to close the car door I slammed the car door on my hand. Broke the skin on my thumb and was bleeding. Went inside and Michelle immediately took charge. Seated us instantly. Brought ice, clean napkins and bandaids. Took care of everything. “This cozy little place is right across from the golden arches it's easy to miss at night as their sign isn't lit up. I came in a little later in the evening so I was able to be seated quickly and order taken. Ordered the special (Dac Biet) pho bowl and it only comes in a large size. I always try the broth first before doctoring it up and it was really good clean tasting broth. You do get a lot of different cuts off the beef in this bowl, I want to say it's a good ratio between meat and the rice noodles. Price is comparable for this special bowl. It's definitely worth a visit as they offer a ton of other Vietnamese dishes as well as what stores to be Cajun menu items.“

“My visit to Maiz Cafe was such a great experience. The staff was welcoming, checked in on us throughout our meal, and made us feel right at home. I tried a fresh made-to-order pineapple and watermelon agua fresca. It was refreshing and the sooo sweet. The surf and turf bowl was hearty, with tender steak and juicy shrimp. The asada omelette was stuffed with well-seasoned meat. We also had the chocolate chip pancake, which was super fluffy and a great side for my breakfast craving.

One of my favorite parts of the meal was trying the house-made salsas. The habanero definitely stole first place for me with its bold flavor and spicy kick. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, making it a spot where you can either enjoy a relaxed brunch or grab something quickly through the drive-thru.

Overall, Maiz Cafe is a great brunch place to recommend, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.“

“This place has great food don't let the bad reviews prevent you from giving it a try! I feel like the other reviews do not know how mexican sushi is done. It is very different than asian sushi, this being said all the sushis I've had from this place have been AMAZING! Their servers are nice and polite. The food is very good, specially if you have had sushi or sea food from Culiacan. In their menu it references many places from Culiacan Sinaloa, which I think was pretty clever. Also, don't miss out on their micheladas and the horchata de coco. I definitely recommend this place.“
