I am picky on how I like tripa. When I took a few bites it tasted like I was having my mommas cooking it was amazing a the meats were cooked good and food was flavorful. My wife has a quesa birria and it was so flavorful as well. Amazing service too and so welcoming. The drinks were great too. I have a cucumber lime drink and my wife had a horchata. “Very nice place in downtown Fontana. Was surprisingly busy when I stopped by for lunch on a weekday. Smells really clean in the restaurant right when you walk in, you can tell the staff take good care of the tables.

Staff was very friendly and I believe all of them were bilingual English and Spanish speaking which is great. Food was incredible, the rice and beans that come with most meals is really good. The birria is very nicely made and everything is priced fairly. Strongly recommend this place if you’re in the area.“

“Their tacos are the best in Fontana! They make everything fresh in front of you so you don't have to worry about the meat sitting there overcooked. It's a family business so it's always the husband and wife cooking and serving the food and every once and a while their kids will help with drinks and collecting the money. If you ever get a chance to try their buche it's a must literally cooked to perfection in my opinion. They sell horchata or agua de Tamarindo but it's usually either or. I've been coming here for over a year already and I feel the food gets better every time.“

“I want to start and say it’s a 4.5, but that’s not an option. We got a steak enchilada with rice and beans, Baja bowl with chicken, blackened fish taco, chicken taco and shrimp taquitos.

Portions were a nice size and the flavors were good. We loved that it wasn’t heavy. My husband said that blackened fish taco was a lot better than the chicken, but the chicken was still good. Points off for no mild salsa that wasn’t pico de gallo and prices were a smidge high, but we’d go back if we’re in the area.“

“Incredible value. So much food for a little money. They go heavy on the pastor, Asada, cheese etc. and it’s good. Not dry or overcooked. The meat is on point here. I like that their menu is very different from all the other taquerias. They have their own combinations with ingredients like pineapple, poblano chili, mushrooms and bacon. Loaded tots, stuffed quesadillas you can’t go wrong. The tacos are huge here. Salsa bar is fresh too. Definitely give it a try.“
