California Pizza Kitchen is the best pizza I've ever eaten! Always visit CPK when in CA visiting family. Freshest food and lots of choices for the whole family and everyone leaves full with a take home snack and it doesn't break your budget!! Atmosphere is very nice always clean with friendly service.

5 stars for possibly the best napkin experience I’ve ever had. Got takeout and they gave me a huge stack of 10”x10” napkins. These are the thinks you appreciate in a sea of average pizza. Shrink-flation is not an issue here. Oh and for delivery, the pizza was pretty good too.

I had a very disappointing experience today, Sunday the 12th at around 5:10 PM. There was a promotion clearly advertised on the table that said “FREE STARTER TODAY when you join CPK Rewards.” I signed up today, showed proof, and when I requested the starter, it was denied.
The server was actually very kind and professional — no complaints about her at all. However, the manager who came to our table handled the situation very poorly. He told us the offer was only for “next time,” which directly contradicts what the promotion clearly says: FREE STARTER TODAY.
What made this even more frustrating is that another table received the promotion without any issue. That raises serious concerns about inconsistency, discrimination, or unfair treatment. When I tried to explain and showed proof that I signed up today, the manager kept repeating that it had to appear in his system — which is not the customer’s responsibility.
This is unacceptable. If you advertise something as “free today,” you should honor it. Otherwise, it feels misleading at best and discriminatory at worst.

The food and the atmosphere here are truly excellent! We were served by Jacob, he was very friendly and attentive to the customers needs. Also a big compliment to the manager, he was also very friendly !!

Quite loud; I asked about Onions In my salad & we told there weren't any! We did explain to our server who was VERY good that I am allergic to onions, 🌰 especially any raw onions of any kind. She said she would check with the Mrg.
After eating half of my delicious 🥗 salad, I kept noticing long green hollow pieces.......Green Onions, which I had eaten several of!! It was getting busy & difficult to get anyone's attention; but we kept trying.....finally a man was near, so I asked if he was a Mgr. & he said yes....we pointed out several pieces & he just nodded that they were onions. He said he would credit us & took our bill?!? Minutes later it was returned with a $10 credit?!?! Our evening was ruined along with our meal & we had to go home promptly, since I didn't feel well, congestion & runny eyes....plus my throat felt constricted, which became increasingly worse over time.

I’ve come in on usually Sunday mornings or Friday nights and have been met by such an amazing staff I would like to give props to a young host with curly hair who wears glasses I can not remember her name correctly. She was extremely friendly and a delight to talk to she deserves a raise! I witnessed her trying to accommodate people and make their wait time as little as possible by giving them options on seating and overall being extremely helpful. Shout out Cpk for hiring the best staff⭐️⭐️

I've been going here with my wife for years. It's always been a go-to when thinking of a quick place to get a tasty meal. The prep if food has become inconsistent, and staff is either on or off depending on the visit. The lack of satisfaction however really does lie in food. After our last experience, we won't be going back soon.
