The atmosphere and service were ok there but I felt like the cheese wasn’t melted enough and still felt kind of frozen in my mouth. I don’t know if that is normal.

What to say about this place other than the fact that the bread was thin and flavorless, there was barely any meat on my sandwich, and it cost as much as eating at Chipotle. Literally nothing redeeming here. Save your money and go to Philly's Best.

First time trying this place. I asked for bo tomatoes and they added it. Honest mistake. It can happen. What was unacceptable was them taking off the tomato in front of me and then handing me back the same sandwich. It is common curtesy to remake the sandwhich. What if I had an allergy? That's cross contamination. I will never be going here again

I always love Charley's sandwiches. Excellent service. I spilled my drink on their counter, and they quickly cleaned it up and gave me a refill.

It tase like flour! No meet- the meat smells and we had to theow it away! Never go back and don’t recommend it.

Every-Time I go to this place I regret it, worst place ever,not going back the service is sucks , staff are very rude, unprofessional , they don’t even speak English, fries is very little, sandwich is make carelessly. I was confused about to order for my son , the person didn’t have patience for me to ask about the items inside the sandwich, so I exclude mushrooms. she left me waiting and sent someone else, then after I ordered the food with the other person, he asked in a rude way , it’s expensive? I got so offended … people work there need to have manner in how to talk to people and make a friendly environment.

The first and last time I will try here, poor quality food ,lazy staff in the first time in the morning, I ordered Philly steak but it was very bad, taste and quality was too bad, I asked for a coke without ice but drink was too sweet , warm and without Sparklink, I waste my money for nothing

Everything is fine, except that the employees who speak too rudely, plus the one in charge, lady, have a very bad attitude. I'm annoying. I should talk to her. She's a little more educated to speak in Spanish.

Absolutely terrible, how this can even be called a Philly Cheese steak is beyond me. $14 and it was flavorless, very light on steak, bread was decent.Not worth $3 let alone $14

Mission Viejo 10/20/23 1:45pm ordered a large filling cheesesteak ask them to hold the lettuce tomatoes and pickles. When asked if I wanted the mayonnaise I said yes. Got back to my workplace to enjoy my Philly cheesesteak found it had lettuce tomatoes pickles and no mayonnaise. Maybe if you hired people who could actually speak English and comprehend English this might not happen.

This is by far my favorite spot to get a good chicken Philly cheese steak. My advice, don't skimp on the chicken California. It's so good and I get it with extra cheese which is so worth it. Side of fries and a crisp fountain drink will set you up for success and definitely a food coma. I also tried their buffalo chicken version which was good but I'll stick to the chicken California. It's in a mall so atmosphere is a little plain. Overall I plan to keep coming back for more.

Parking: It's a mall so depending on the time there is usually plenty of parking. Just avoid during the Holidays.
