Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered online and picked up in store. All three of our bowls were portioned very small. The food was cold and we came to the store five minutes before our order was supposed to be ready in order for it to be fresh, which it wasn’t. Terrible experience trying to order online for convenience.

This specific location fails I now go out of my way further away to avoid this location. I got a steak burrito the steak was so bad it was not edible at all never experienced this at a Chipotle before. Last time I came in 10 mins after I ordered from app and once I come in that's when the employee confirms my name and starts making it. Meanwhile I could've gotten it quicker without ordering. Doesn't make sense at all this location is not efficient at all

Always out of stuff. Messy. Tables dirty. The one off margirite is so much better. Never again

I visit Chipotle once or twice a week in LA. I was traveling to San Diego and stopped by the Crown Valley Chipotle. I usually predispose myself to encountering a bad experience. This location was different. There was only one customer in front of me. When it was my turn. Keegan, prepared my food exactly as I requested. I could sense that he enjoyed working on your order.
I can say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had a Chipotle location.

This location refuses to provide small portion sized chips in build your own taco combo meal, and forcing you pay extra to buy the large size. Dishonest business practice and management. Not looking forward to return.

Not coming back here, just bad all around. Rude workers, only had brown rice, there was no coke in the drink dispenser. Table I sat down at was clean but the seat was sticky.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Chipotle location. The service was horrendous, and the staff was downright rude. When I mentioned that my food was messy and my plate was covered in juice of the beans and meat, (the both looked at each other and made a face), they just gave me a look like I was being a nuisance. The guacamole is black not green as well the other ingredients looked old and not fresh, the whole experience felt like I was being a burden for even coming to eat there. Workers SHOULD NOT serve a plate like that all messy. It was my first time to have the guacamole and my plate so gross.

I’ve always loved Chipotle and never had an issue before, but this place had the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. It felt like the staff didn’t care at all, and if they don’t enjoy working there, they should seriously consider finding a different job. From what I can tell based on other reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks the customer service here is awful. I won't be coming back to this location again. I’m adding the photos of how they gave me my food. This looks disgusting. People should care a little bit more. If I was the person in charge I would seriously think about talking with these people!

Great location, reliable and courteous staff. This is our go to place for a quick and healthy lunch.

Dietary restrictions: When we inform our server about our dietary issues, they immediately wash their hands and get on fresh gloves. And do so with a smile. We appreciate their care.

Blown away by the lazy incompetent workers here. No food prepped at 5:20pm for the dinner rush and not even an apology. Waste of my time even driving to chipotle anymore.

Excellent customer service, very good availability

I really love Chipotle, but erm the food is not always the highest quality. (I'm talikn abt the fat in the carnitas) The workers are OK could be a lil peppier. I think overall just for all Chipotles, just pls make prices cheaper (the bowls specifically) (I get white rice black beans carnitas and lettuce and it comes out to 12 dollars. Thats a freakin lot)
