Food is consistent and overall is a decent breakfast. Texas brisket bagel is pretty good but a little messy. Farmhouse bagel is also pretty solid and they have fresh OJ and flavored lemonades in the cooler on the wall. One time the guy did tell me he was not going to refile the coffee creamer when I asked because it was "too late" at ~10am. No a deal breaker for me though. :)
This is my favorite Einstein bagels location, because of Monica. Monica always provides amazing customer service, and she does it with a smile. I usually get a nosh box (24 bagels). At other einstein locations, the workers sometimes give you attitude when you order a nosh box. However, Monica is always very positive and helpful. Thank you, Monica!

They're a bagel chain for a reason, they know how to make a good bagel and coffee. Simple menu, bagel centered with a few tasty baked goods available. Maybe it's me, but the bagels seem to be just a little smaller and a lot more expensive. I guess I'll get thinner as my wallet does too!
