Customer service is horrible at this location! Went on a Wednesday with my kid and got charged for his kids meal!

For anyone who’s ever had an actual smash burger, this isn’t it.
It’s a good burger but it’s as thick as a Mc Donald’s sausage patty and has no crispy edges.

The food loses 2 stars for not being what is advertised and an anemic serving of fries.

The service loses 2 stars because the folks there were lethargic.

The atmosphere loses 2 stars for being in a food court which is not a great dining experience.

Great service the staff was very friendly and the food was amazing.

$3 shakes for National Shake Day. We got there around 7:30 with the mall closing at 9:00. However, shortly after we arrived the cleaning crew Started noisily stacking the chairs on the tables which was not pleasant.

Matilda was very helpful and friendly the instant I walked through the door. Very quick service and the food tasted wonderful.

My sister and I were at the food court at The Shoppes at Mission Viejo and spotted Smashburger! We were so excited as we Love Smashburger!
I had a regular smashburger and she had the smashturkey burger. We chose the organic lemonade for our beverage. Our lunch was delicious.

This is definitely one of the worst burgers I've had, burgers weren't cheap either. And they use mayonnaise in the burgers instead of dressing. Agh!!!

Tasted like a charbroiled burger not smashed... I think it's just food court quality paying for the smashed sign. I love this chain but am disappointed with this location.

Obviously the food was good it’s smash burgers and has sustained itself in a mall but geez louise was the service terrible both of the girls working the counter were just rude and obviously lazy and then they proceeded to take 23 minutes to make 2 burgers i also watched them make several to go orders while no one was there to pick it up and i had stood there the whole 23 minutes waiting for the food also they forgot the shake i ordered. anyways foods good just needs new employees at least the ones workin 5pm on saturdays

Tasted just like Carl's Jr. In and out and the Habit is better. No seasonings, no crispness like other smash burgers that we have had. 1 and done.
