Update: In the past week, I tried calling your store twice during business hours but no one answered.

Horrible tasting baklava! Took a bite from each piece and it tasted stale. Texture was very chewy and soggy. I tried contacting them for a refund but they haven't answered their phones in the past 2 days. Maybe they are going out of business?

I am a baklava fanatic and eat it practically every week from various places. This place has the worst tasting baklava I've ever had. I spent over $20 and at $3 per small square, we got very soggy (meaning not fresh) and rancid, stale tasting baklava. Each piece had a distinctly foul smell which indicates spoilage. Our friends who tried the baklava agreed this was the worst tasting baklava. We were thinking this was just a bad batch or left out on the counter too long but this business does not answer their phones to address our concerns. This is how a business fails and we will not return.
Baklava should have a flaky texture with a sweet, nutty flavor. For real baklava, try Greek Bistro in Laguna Hills, Ikram Grill in Fountain Valley, Sarkis in Anaheim, Sweet Lili's in Laguna Hills, or pretty much anywhere else.

Very nice place with very hospitable owners. The baklava we’ve tried was amazing, usually in other places they can be too dry, but this was so delicious. Found it accidentally while walking inside the mall. Definitely recommend this place.

We tried a hazelnut pistachio chocolate treat here and it was 10/10. I honestly cannot believe how good it was! I'd come back to this mall just to get another one!

Unfortunately, the baklava was stale and didn’t taste fresh at all. The texture was dry and hard, which really took away from the usual delicious experience. I was disappointed with the quality.

All flavors of Baklava and Turkish delights are amazing. They also have incredible Dubai chocolate with a good amount of filling. The service is very good and the workers are always kind and make me want to keep coming back.
