The Habit Burger Grill

Unbelievably rude management. Gave us one to tiny ranch for a huge salad and onion rings, then wanted to charge. Was rude to my wife. Man, I don’t know if they were just having a bad day but I never leave 1 star reviews and just had to for this terrible manager.

I went to this location horrible customer service it didnt went well at all cashier could't her my receip since a pay with my corporate ard i really needed when he get to the office to get a manager he came back and said manager was busy that i need to wait 🙄i wait for 40 minutes 😭 i cant bealive they make a vustomer wait for that long manager was really ride at the end

This was one of the friendliest and cleanest Habit’s I’ve been too. It was late end of the day and I was greeted and treated with respect. When we left they thanked us for dining in. Next road trip I’ll be back! The music was also some fun throwback 90’s jams :) The food may not be the healthiest option but my wife grabbed some food Nextdoor at cava and it was dirty and the people working acted like they were doing her a favor making her a bowl and just wished they could go home….

A little pricy, but quality is worth every penny
Staff was welcoming as soon as I walked in.
Food was HOT and the strawberry limeade is always so good!

I received a two completely burnt patties in my burger tonight Saturday 10/19/24, order number 1058, absolutely disgusting , will never come here again

I always come to this fast food to eat delicious French fries, but today 12/10/24 at 14:10 I got the most terrible potatoes, it was not fried, but all in oil, it tastes like old cardboard paper ... horror and ranch sauce pour one third jar question, do you have problems with the sauce? I was very disappointed today by today's trip to this restaurant.

So.. they say that The Habit is the #1 burger in America. I have never been there. So, I have now had the burger. It definitely ranks up there with In-N-Out, which will always be my favorite.
To find something that is close to In-N-Out is tough in my books so, yeah.. definitely on my places for the best burgers to have.
The restaurant was very clean and customer service is excellent and very welcoming.
We went to the Mission Viejo location.

So, if you wNt a good burger worth it's price in California money, The Habit is a great place to go..

This location in particular gets soooo busy on weekends at dinner time. I prefer to come here for lunch or at the slower times. The staff have always been nice even when they have an insane number of orders going through and the food still comes out great.

But just a heads up, if you are thinking about placing an order of any kind here at dinner time, be prepared to wait. They are doing their best!

Vegetarian options: Get an impossible burger and make it vegetarian/vegan, veggie burger sandwich, and grab some of the great sides

Dietary restrictions: I have a lot of allergies but I can still come here for a reliably great burger. Order with a lettuce wrap for gluten free, grab an impossible burger or salad

Good place to eat, the food is really tasty. Restrooms are clean enough. The service holds up the fast-fresh style. Pretty good for hamburgers, with indoor and outdoor seating. There was a puddle on the floor without a wet floor sign.

Vegetarian options: I personally would not recommend.

Dietary restrictions: Ask staff for details.

Parking: Not a lot, you'll have to be wise depending on the time of day. Getting into the parking lot is also iffy.

Kid-friendliness: Good.

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are not automatic to the restroom.
