“Food was not bad. I will mention that the portion size of the Jack Johnson Banana walnut pancakes was big and can feed more than 1 person! I didn't try them, but they did look delicious. The place is a little small, so It was a little crowded. But it had a good atmosphere. Their was a little wait before getting our food, but it was packed, so that could have played a big factor. I would try it again to try those pancakes out and see if I might have missed something that they serve that other places don't.“
“My friend and I decided to come here because she was staying at her parent's in Ripon over the weekend and we wanted a brunch spot to meet at. I was told about this spot by a co-worker of mine, so we decided to stop in here and have brunch on a Saturday morning. We got there at 9:30, it was a little busy, but we were seated right away. It's a cute spot, open space with high ceilings makes it seem larger than it actually is. We were greeted a few minutes after being seated by our waitress. We both ordered the mimosa flight, which I went for the strawberry-pineapple (my favorite one), piña colada and dragonfruit. The strawberry-pineapple, omg...I would probably just order that one next time. That was definitely my favorite one! They were all good, but I really enjoyed that one. The food, we lightweight we're hungry and kinda went in on the food. I knew my stomach was bigger than what I would actually eat, so we decided with the deviled eggs and tots trio. Both were so good! We did pretty well and finished almost everything (the tots do come with a good amount, so just keep that in mind, definitely shareable!). I ordered the BAE and my friend ordered the California Benedict. Both were really good and we enjoyed them. We ended the meal with the coffee flight, which we both got iced. It was some pumpkin one, a chai and a caramel one. The caramel one was my favorite, if I could just order that by itself in a full size serving, I'd do that too...omg. But the coffee flight is such a cute idea too, we both really enjoyed that. My friend and I were there until 2. We kept looking to see if there were people waiting, to free up the space, but they had tables open throughout the time we were there. I've never been to Riverbank before this, but it was a really nice dining experience. I'm sure I'd be here more often, if I lived in the area.“
“The food here was excellent. Most of the staff were great too except for the lady that seated us. She put us at a booth and when we asked if we could get one of the many empty tables instead she said absolutely not just for the waitress to come along and ask us if we were happy where we were sitting or if we would like a table instead. The same girl did the same thing to the next 2 groups that came in. I dont know if she was confused or just being rude but the service I got from our waitress far overshadowed the 1 wierd lady. I will definitely go there again.“
