QSR West was a good company to work for however the people managing it is destroying the company. The Director of Operations Victor is probably the reason why you go to a Burger King and stores are short in staff and have no product. I mean this guy never finished higher education. It's not the Aliabadi's family fault, it's Victor. He likes to fudge the numbers to make him look good. Multiple Burger Kings are closing down due to his leadership and lack of knowledge in business. His pride is "Low PLV". Plv does not make a good store. To clarify, PLV is product line variance. Meaning the lower the number, the lower inventory you have in stock. His region likes to go lower than the food budget required to run a healthy store. If we go over budget, we get screamed at and our jobs threatened because we're insubordinate. When I spoke face to face with the owner Jon, he broke it down on how to run a good store and his vision on how a good store should operate. To be honest, all we wanted is to be stocked up until the next delivery so we can satisfy customers. We make sure the food is hot and sometimes cook to order to minimize waste but that isn't good enough. Having product will guarantee customers coming back. More customers means more budget to spend on labor. More budget on labor = employees can make a living. How can someone live off 8 hours a week? That's what is happening to the store i used to run. After I left, I'm hearing my ex co workers are losing hours due to a certain DM that likes to kiss Victor's behind. My assistant manager Mike was promised to get promoted to RGM but he was passed over again to a person that literally destroyed a store in West Main Turlock (Lupe). All the "aces" in that store lost hours but the people that had their store closed down got their 45+ hours. People like Geri get hours but can't use a copy machine or run the floor without help also gets 45 hours while Kaitlyn, George and Sonya had their hours cut. Kaitlyn, George and Sonya was one of the biggest reasons why 9761 had a high FSS, high score in Guest Lense Visits and REV. But again favoritism is why the rude people get hours because they only know how to brown nose to the DM.I mean look at Aneel's area the North (QSR West North) who is also a Director of Operations. The area has a higher cost of living yet they are enormously better than QSR West South. Better traffic, customer service, better everything because Aneel knows how to place District Managers. Aneel's area is diverse and he promotes his DMs based on performance and leadership. Victor is racial BIASED as he only promotes Mexican women because he likes to talk down on them. He has made a DM cry multiple times because all he does is talk crap to them to a point they have to go to the hospital due to stress and over work. He's also seen speaking to DMs in spanish in front of people. He is a short man with a inferiority complex. GMs like Nick in Stockton who was also the old GM in Salida, Sylvan and Mchenry never got a promotion because Victor only promotes Mexican women. I think he likes to harass his DMs because it makes him feel big.Anyways,PLV is a good system to make sure we don't always go overbudget and have food sitting in the freezer but it doesn't make a good store. A healthy PLV should be around 1.5 to 2.2 average each month. A good store is based on FSS, sales, gross profit and traffic. Victor never finished school so he doesn't understand this concept. All he knows is "don't go overbudget" yet he splurges on business trips, hotels and gift cards.Mike deserves the RGM title because he's the hardest worker there. Yes, he can be short sighted but he was trained by me on how to run a store. He wasn't given the chance to prove himself and was passed over in less than a month. Sara was also promised a manager position but she's being delayed since November 2023. She did everything she can to get the promotion but the DM doesn't like her beca

I decided to take my kids for a snack at this burger king, but to my surprise, there seems to be some shrinkflation going on at this one in particular. I ordered 4 ice cream cones and a large fry. And you could decide for yourself. These cones are so small, and my fries are pretty empty as well. They gave me a small in a large container. It might have helped if the personnel wasn't visibly and audibly distracted talking about personal matters to another employee from what i could see and hear eith the window open. Personally, I care about how my kids feel, and they were so disappointed, so this review is for them.

I take my daughter here all the time after school for a soft serve and fries and we always think it’s so cute how they tell us we rule and the gal there Sonya is sooo sweet. You can tell she tries to make every experience good for customers. You should give her a raise.

Late night drive thru was busy, but cashier was friendly. Employee Autumn was super nice and polite, kept us in the loop as far as our food wait time, and thanked us for waiting. She could've been rude based on how busy it was or not communicated with us, but she kept it professional. Really appreciate it! recommended this location.
Night crew is always spot on. I come here often and they’re always consistent and kind.
