Broke down both financially and structurally. This is got to be one of the most ghetto Burger King’s on the planet earth. Even if the food came out looking like it does on television, it would still taste like complete and utter trash, just due to the incompetence of the people who work there. What has happened within the fast food industry is a disgrace.

Drive-through always takes too long. They always forget something by the time I get my food. It's always cold and the workers here are rude and take way too long. Don't come here. It's a waste of your money and your time.

Try them again nothing changed. A constantly run out of ketchup can you believe that unbelievable. They don't have salt. They run out of food all the time especially the promotional items because of mismanagement. It's obviously just a matter of time before they close and they're done.
Just don't understand why people don't make food like they're supposed to. Ordered one of the sourdough sandwiches and the bread's not even toasted. They know that when they go to wrap it and put in a bag but I guess they just don't care. Ruins the sandwich.

Ordered from the app and they didn't have 2 of the items available and instead of letting me know when I got there they just put one item in the bag hoping I didn't notice half my order was missing

Store never has full menu or is missing something. Today it was no large cups. I'm down to once a month trying the place, and has been a disappointment every month. When I first moved to the area, this BK was GREAT! Now it feels like a store just waiting to die.

the morning crew is great always happy. my food always fresh and hot. the store is clean.
Prices are way too high surprised they are open 18 dollars for the whopper meal I can make better quality burger cheaper at home or for couple dollars more get a better quality meal
but the ice cream cone isn't bad for 89 cents

Don’t use the app. If you place an order and they don’t have what you order, they won’t substitute or refund you. Then if you go through the app, they’ll try to give you a coupon. I escalated my issue to the BBB because of an absolute lack of care or customer service at every point. I will avoid BK at all costs in the future and I hope you do too.
