Went toBurger King tonight' so much better than the one on McHenry got quick service in the Drive-Thru the kid working the window was very nice added something on to my order no problem food was hot 100 times better service than the one on McHenry which I went to last night and it was a crap show Sylvan Burger King is worth the drive I'd rather drive to escalon then go back to McHenry but I will stay w Sylvan thank you for showing McHenry how to take care of customers

Wife and I stopped for dinner. We we're greeted by the homeless at door, not until we started ordering food at the kiosk because no one was there were we acknowledged by an employee. Our order took 30 minutes. We decided to dine in as we walked to this location. Several homeless we're allowed to come in with their, dogs and a cat in a cat carrier. I guess the cat was having just as bad of an experience as we were, because it would not stop meowing with distress, and the dog kept barking. I have never seen the situation where both cat and dog were allowed in a restaurant until today. No, they were not service animals. Burger King gone wild!

Shout out to Noah today, he had a really good attitude, and he was supper attentive I seen him handle all the costumers in front of of me. He made sure every order was handled in a timely fashion. What an amazing worker, the world needs more Noah’s, his boss should give him a raise 💯

I tried to make a donation & the cashier Jennifer tells me there out of coupons &
They only accept credit cards to do a donation. I told her where she could find the coupons & that I always make cash donations. She put the coupons in the trash & again tells me donations have to be credit cards only!

Whoever was working Saturday May 17th at 7pm HORRIBLE. Bland soggy fries, huge globs of mayo in the whoppers, flat soda. Waste of a drive. Waste of money everything went in the trash. Never going back.

Broke down both financially and structurally. This is got to be one of the most ghetto Burger King’s on the planet earth.
Even if the food came out looking like it does on television, it would still taste like complete and utter trash, just due to the incompetence of the people who work there.
What has happened within the fast food industry is a disgrace.

Drive-through always takes too long. They always forget something by the time I get my food. It's always cold and the workers here are rude and take way too long. Don't come here. It's a waste of your money and your time.

Try them again nothing changed. A constantly run out of ketchup can you believe that unbelievable. They don't have salt. They run out of food all the time especially the promotional items because of mismanagement. It's obviously just a matter of time before they close and they're done.

Just don't understand why people don't make food like they're supposed to. Ordered one of the sourdough sandwiches and the bread's not even toasted. They know that when they go to wrap it and put in a bag but I guess they just don't care. Ruins the sandwich.

Ordered from the app and they didn't have 2 of the items available and instead of letting me know when I got there they just put one item in the bag hoping I didn't notice half my order was missing
