Ordered online, and when i got their food hasn't been made or seen yet, they didn't have any slushy drinks (it ok), but then they had no ice for my drinks, and the damn soda was flat!! ?poor girl looked like she was running the show all by herself.
I just went inside was the only customer in their plus no line outside they were talking for a few minutes behind the cashier area before they even realize I was standing their got 2 orders and all my food was cold fries and burgers and no ice or gas inthe sodas either absolutely the worst Burger King I been too in the modesto area!

Drive through service times were ridiculous on 11/22 around 6 pm. There were 5 cars ahead of us in the drive through and it seriously took us about 30 minutes to finally get our food. It was also closed for dine in so it's not like they were busy from sit down orders. Ridiculous. I went to a fast food drive through for fast service. How was this fast food? Defeats the whole purpose. Also, they still messed up my order. Gave me the wrong burger. This place needs to do better.
I ask for any chicken crispy sandwich or burger they said they’re out. I ask for onion rings they said they’re out I asked for ketchup at the drive-through they said they’re out very rude CUSTOMER SERVICE I spent good amount of money they don’t even smile they look mad and sad the brother to you. They have very bad manager.

The gentle man working the drive thru was so professional and amazing customer service. I will always go to this location from now on. Never again will I go to the one on McHenry . I don't care if it is closest to my house it's nothing co.oated to this location.

I am sorry but this experience was the worst I’ve ever had my burger was super cold even the meat only the fries were hot no sauce no napkins when I asked for napkins this lady gave me a nasty look and just put a cup with keys on the counter wich I assumed it was for me to go get some napkins in the bathroom i told her again NAPKINS she just said no no napkins and the service was nasty I wount be coming to this location any more not that they care or anything but she was just terrible and not only with she was screaming to another customer that was having trouble reading the menu i couldn’t get her name but she is short a really chubby she was handling drive thru and cashier

Sometimes they get our order wrong and have to go in and change it out. But the food is always good and hot. We never go in to eat because we live pretty close, so I can't tell you about how clean they are. The drive thru line usually moves pretty fast.
