I stopped going here a couple of years ago because they were always out of things. One time, they were whopper patties, another time they were out of buns. I started going to the one on Sylivan and Oakdale Rd and got the same thing. One time, they were out of tomato's, and a few times, they didn't have ice. Last night, I tried the one on Mchenry again. I ordered to combo meals with one buger plain and one with no pickles They ended up giving me two plain burger, which I didn't notice until I got home. I can totally understand why Burger King is in financial trouble. I gave them one star because I had to.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This place is absolutely disgusting. So many things that need be addressed. One of the workers had an extreme amount of dandruff all over his shirt like ALL over while shaking the fryer baskets over the oil. Chicken and onion rings were cooked together in the same oil. Our Food was made incorrectly. Staff wasn't aware we could see the food being prepared and it was appalling to watch. I will never ever eat here. Listen to the reviews.

Terrible ordered around dinner time, ordered a medium meal the guy at the window brings a small cup trying to pass it off as the new medium cups and then shows me water cups as the new small cups but the large cups are I guess the same size. The lemonade had an off taste like maybe the machines are clean, fries were unsalted. I know these things because I used to work at a Burger King this is embarrassing I should’ve read the reviews before I chose it. The whopper I ordered was ok.

Ordered online AND was charged. Hurried down on my lunch, only to find doors locked. Went into drive thru and had the lights turned off. Went to the window and was seen by employee who just ignored me. Called.number and no one answered. Wasted my lunch. These employees are now paid how much and they cant be bothered? Isn't customer service part of what they are responsible for?

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in with my sister in law and ordered the $5 duo and the Jr whoppers. We both told the lady "no pickle, no lettuce" she put "no onion, no lettuce" and our onions rings were fried to death and had no flavor. I took it all back for then to correct it. In the mean time, I went to use the restroom. I walked in and walked right back out. It is DISGUSTING!! And I told the woman on my way back out, and she still hasnt even gone to look. Got all the food back, the onion rings were wonderful and hot. The burgers were assembled correctly this time, but they were cold. I will never come here again!!! Next time I'll go to McDonald's!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I went here to get some food. I asked for a burger with lettuce pickles and ketchup. They said they were out of pickles, okay no big deal. Then I asked for a Hershey pie, mozzarella sticks, and a soda. They got my order. Then when my food was ordered. It took forever! I think I waited for about 20 minutes for my food. When I got home. I notice my fries were cold and old. Then the hamburger looked like it came from a dumpster and put together. Then I went to get my pie out the bag. And they forgot it!! I called them to get my money back and guess what. No answer. And the mozzarella sticks had already gotten cold and the cheese tasted like expired cheese. So nasty! If you go here. Be prepared for a horrible experience.

Very disappointed in this location, for a new store they really need to get their act together. It seems they are always out of something and even close the lobby before the hours on the door. It seems like the workers are destroying this location. Manger should see to cleaning this store up, before it's too late

don't ever go to this customer service is horrible I pulled up to the drive thru made an order and ask to make a separate order there was no cars behind me and he er she I don't know wat it was said to go around I said ok I went around tried using my rewards app but was taking a Lil while less then 20 seconds to get the code ND he said all rude if u don't have the code come back wen u have it I said bro I have the code there's no cars behind he said don't matter we're on a time limit I finally made my order gave him the code and wen he opened the window I said weres ur Manger bad costumer service ND he er she said I am the Manger I said well ama give u guys a bad review ND he er she said then u can go somewhere ealse and shut the window ND didn't sell me my food idk the guy er girl had yellow er blonde curly short hair
