Terrible ordered around dinner time, ordered a medium meal the guy at the window brings a small cup trying to pass it off as the new medium cups and then shows me water cups as the new small cups but the large cups are I guess the same size. The lemonade had an off taste like maybe the machines are clean, fries were unsalted. Ordered online AND was charged. Hurried down on my lunch, only to find doors locked. Went into drive thru and had the lights turned off. Went to the window and was seen by employee who just ignored me. Called.number and no one answered. Wasted my lunch. These employees are now paid how much and they cant be bothered? Isn't customer service part of what they are responsible for?

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in with my sister in law and ordered the $5 duo and the Jr whoppers. We both told the lady "no pickle, no lettuce" she put "no onion, no lettuce" and our onions rings were fried to death and had no flavor. I took it all back for then to correct it. In the mean time, I went to use the restroom. I walked in and walked right back out. It is DISGUSTING!! And I told the woman on my way back out, and she still hasnt even gone to look.
