I have nothing against this particular location, Chipotle is just such a rip off and continually gets worse. Price creep and portion shrink makes it so your slop bowl is way too expensive to justify buying

I eat chipotle twice a week. This Mchenry location is my least favorite to go to. Which is unfortunate because I live down the street. I understand what the portion sizes are, but this location skimps out on the portions! I always get the least amount of food at this location. I also understand that I came in at rush hour, but the girls taking my order & making my plate was SO rushed and in a rude way. Lacks customer service.

Just had the nastiest steak burrito from here. It was poorly cut and full of fat and cartilage. Every bite was chewy and inedible. Unfortunately we took the food to go and didn't dine in so couldn't tell the staff about the nasty food.

Clean kitchen , friendly staff, clean atmosphere,large portions. I don't like Chipotle but my family does so I go here often for a quick takeout and this is the cleanest one I've seen yet.

When you first walk in there you see beautiful paintings, beautiful architecture. Then you walk up and get amazing service from a couple people and then the prices isn't that high but it's the food's really really good 👍

Way too expensive for what it is way too expensive. The food was nothing special. And there’s a customer that had some kids screaming in there other than that it was OK it was clean. I didn’t like the cable stool set up not comfortable.
