Nekter Juice Bar offers a friendly and welcoming environment with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. Customers appreciate the fresh and tasty drinks, with favorites like the Buzz juice and the new Protein Waffacado. The addition of protein waffles has been well received, providing a delicious option for post-gym refreshment. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making sure orders are perfect and satisfying.
However, some recent changes have caused mixed feelings. The introduction of self-ordering kiosks has made the process less efficient for many customers, leading to longer wait times and confusion, especially when others take a long time to place their orders. This has led some to skip visiting when lines are long. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive thanks to the friendly team and quality of food and drinks.
Overall, Nekter Juice Bar is praised for its fresh offerings, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere, though some customers miss the previous ordering system and better efficiency.
