Coffee was great. My reason for the low star rating I was the second car in line I waited for 10 minutes while a woman blew her cigarette smoke into the drive up window and was catching up with the staff.

Good golly!!! These workers are freaking amazing!!! They are always in the happiest moods, even when they have people call out and there's not many of them. They offer all types of small upgrades to your drinks that end up making it taste soooo good. But the main thing I love about Dutch Bros is just how kind and happy the workers are. It's amazing, and it's so easy to get overwhelmed in this type of environment but they never take it out on their customers. This...

A huge kudos to Sierra at the McHenry Dutch. She was so kind and friendly. I typically order the same drink every single time, but decided to order a diffrent refreshing rebel drink. I asked her to he creative and she was successful it making a drink that was delicious. It so reminded me of a slurpee without the calories. A big thank you to Sierra!!
