I came to this food truck years ago because of this legend I heard of this guy making pastrami out of pork. I start eating, mind blown, Guy Fieri staring at me from his picture on the side of the truck like "i told you it was good". To this day I've never ordered anything else, just now it's in a restaurant. It is one of the only foods in Modesto I get truly excited about. I don't even like honey mustard that much and I would drink this one. His partner makes the pretzel bun next door even.

Amazing food. I’ve never tried anything on the menu that was less than delicious… though it’s difficult to try all the items on the menu because of food FOMO. We often do carry out for a quick lunch, but dine in has a fun vibe. Seats fill up fast! It’s one of our favorite lunch spots.
Parking: Modesto is forever working on the parking issue. Sometimes it takes a few laps to find street parking depending on the day and time.
Kid-friendliness: We’ve had family lunch here a handful of times between Gallo Shows and the Children’s Museum.

Had the wagyu burger and while it was delicious, the size of the patty did not match the bun. The patty was too small leaving quite a bit of bread left over. Overall good food and good service. Make those burger a little bigger!

Tried the root beer pulled pork sandwich and a side of potato salad. Service was quick! Sandwich was good, could really taste the root beer and the slaw was a complimentary contrast. Bread was super soft and fresh. The pork itself was just a tad tough. Potato salad was decent, with nice chunks of bacon (porkstrami?) in it.

Food is good. But takes too long. I went at 12:30. Yes they were busy but it’s still ridiculous to wait 40 min for food. By the time I got my food, the fries were cold and so was the sandwich. So please tell me why if it took 40 min why wouldn’t my food be hot?

Where to begin? I was returning with my three children after my Husband and I had a good experience previously. Went from the children’s museum to here for an afternoon lunch. $45 for three kid meals, took 40 minutes exactly to “cook” our food only two other customers dining in. I watched the cook eat as he made our plates. I tipped my cashier at paying and soon after she clocked out. I asked for ice cups, nothing. Food came out, cold yall. Cold fries. Withered fruit. So unappetizing. I would encourage the owners to focus on your customer’s experience instead of ONLY visiting with your friends/family that were eating there with y’all at the bar. Complacency is how small buisness dies. Careful. I’d hate to see yet another local restaurant boarded up out of buisness due to poor customer service and quality as I experienced today.

The best cookies ever. They have delicious homemade pickles also. They just opened their bakery next door and it’s Fabulous. From homemade salted caramel bread pudding to every cookie flavor you could imagine. Love this place ☮️?
